Very welcome experience, organized and detailed about their procedures before arrival. Dr. Debra took extra time to explain to me how acupuncture may help my specific situation, and I was actually relaxed for the treatment. She even placed a warming light on my feet so they would not get cold. I'm already beginning to feel results from my treatment. Thank you!

I loved my time with Michelle! She gave me a lovely deep clean pore cleanser facial, a quick 30 minutes that felt like heaven! She explained each product she was using on me, talked to me about any question, and created a very safe and relaxing environment. I will definitely be coming back and making this a part of my monthly self care routine! XO

My wife and I got a massage hers was great from what I was told, mine was mediocre. Started 10 minutes late ended 10 minutes early. Basically felt rushed and didn't put much effort in. I was called after my wife and got done before. Might go back but definitely not with the same masseuse?UPDATED 3/7/20Was contacted from Botanica to try to make a bad experience better. Now I know what my wife meant as my next message was great. It's refreshing to see a company care that much about their customers, to see an issue and do everything they can to fix it. Would definitely recommend.

It's a very calming environment and the staff is both professional and friendly. I got a massage from Jane and would absolutely go back, I am looking forward to booking a facial with them as well! They have membership options that make choosing wellness a monthly habit, which I enjoy. It is pretty expensive in comparison to some other places however. Also, there is mostly street parking, little for the location itself.

I had my first massage in a LONG time at Bontanica; I was not disappointed in the slightest. Beautiful setting with inviting and welcoming reception. Jane was my massage therapist and offered very attentive and tailored treatment. I would highly recommend both Botanical and Jane to anyone looking for the right spot to land in the area :-)

I had an appointment scheduled through class pass yesterday, and I mixed up the appointment times. I showed up an hour late and the ladies at the front desk were SO nice and accommodating. They had even sent me a friendly email which I didn't check my email all day, so of course I had no idea I showed up at the wrong time until I arrived. The person after me had happened to cancel last minute so I was able to still get in for the day. I was very thankful for how nice they handled everything, even though it was totally my fault!The massage was excellent, I forgot my massage therapists name, but she did a great job and was fun to get to know. The office is a charming Victorian house and felt very comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Had a great first experience at Botanica Wellness Sanctuary. Booked a mama-to-be massage for 80 minutes. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door, and my massage therapist came down to greet me right at my appointment time. The massage itself was amazing and hit all the spots I needed worked on. The place felt clean and comforting. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Dr. Debra came to me as a referral from a friend for acupuncture for fertility and I already love her and the whole Wellness center. She was so professional but also genuine; the whole experience was calming and reassuring. I’ve had acupuncture from several providers over the past few years and this was by far the most gentle and relaxing experience I’ve ever had. I especially appreciate that she explained all the points and why were doing them so that I was involved in the process. The house is beautiful and smells amazing and just has great energy. The gentlemen at the front desk was really helpful and polite on the phone and during my visit. I’m really looking forward to my next session and have already referred the practice to several friends.

Every opportunity I've had to enjoy services at the Botanica Wellness Sanctuary has been a transcendent experience. Enormously talented staff, beauty products that feel fabulous, unlike anything I've felt before, and an aesthetically soothing, peace promoting environment create a synergistic effect that is transporting. I'm not a "spa" person but after a few visits to BWS I was ready to sign up for a lifetime membership.

Alana is extremely personable, happy to help you in any way, and just an amazing esthetician. I have been seeing an esthetician monthly for years and she is one of my absolute favorites. I’ve dealt with adult acne for 7-8 years and I could see a difference after continuing with monthly visits. I’m giving Botanica 3 stars because the “new” receptionist doesn’t understand how a business works and though he’s friendly on the phone/in person he’d rather charge a $20 late fee for a continuing customer than keep a client who pays for a facial monthly and tips at least 40-50% each time. I strongly believe he also would have charged me full price for a 60 minute facial if Alana hadn’t said to only charge me for the 30 minutes I was there. When you hire a receptionist they become the face of your company and I don’t like the face botanical has shown the last three months. If I didn’t love Alana so much I would not continue coming here. In the future I hope to schedule when he is not working. I spend way to much on having “‘my time” here to deal with someone who makes the experience stressful.There products are amazing as well!!!! I love the morning moisturizer, evening moisturizer and sunscreen Alana suggested for me.Edit: After your response I’ve made the decision to not visit your salon again. Disappointing since I really do love Alana and I’ve run out of products since then. Jason may not be new but this so called “generosity” you offered is a joke and a lie. That was my first visit since my pregnancy and during my pregnancy I showed up an hour prior to most appointments and waited in the car. When Jason didn’t extended any generosity during that first late call I was shocked. I had tried called to schedule the next day because my infant child was screaming in the car and and it had poured rain on my trip so I was very delayed. My next appointment I had my mother with me and chose to bring my child (due to prior experience with you) who then screamed in the waiting room so as far as your “generosity” is concerned as a mother I can’t win. I never once had a problem before the first time I spoke with Jason so he is the reason I will not be visiting again. That or the fact that you’d rather take a $20 late fee then have a continuing client who puts much more than that into your company on a 3 week to monthly basis is pathetic. As a business owner myself, that’s a joke. I’ve also removed a star for your false statement in your reply.
