Dr. Krupa is exceptionally bright. You can tell his mind is always working double time but he's also really great at slowing it down and explaining things in a way that is concise and clear. I also appreciate his sense of humor and find meetings with him thoroughly enjoyable as well as informative. This clinic is breath of fresh air compared to your average medical experience. I trust Dr. K and staff and highly recommend his services.

I visit Puyallup Wellness Center to be treated by Isabelle Dalton. I'll start by saying that I'm not really a complainer, but I'll be detailed so that you can understand how integral she is to my getting relief.Isabelle is a highly skilled CranioSacral Therapist that addresses everything from babies and nursing issues, to stroke patients, to injuries related to car accidents, and more. She has been helping me with multiple injuries from being rear-ended. I've had numerous appointments with physical therapy, neurology (including MRI of neck and brain), acupuncture, ENT, and chiropractic care. None were able to give me answers or alleviate my symptoms for more than a day or so. I've been suffering from tongue numbness and tongue cramping (which at times affect my speech), extreme sensitivity to the back of my head, constant pressure in my face (behind my eyes, nose, and up to my eyebrows), which increases on bending forward, a persistent cough when I lie down, neck pain, intense ear pain, shoulder pain, sharp head pain, and anxiety over getting in a car and driving on the freeway.I started seeing Isabelle almost a year after the accident. By then I had mostly lost hope and thought that I might have to live with this new, crappier, depressed version of myself. As a wife, mother, business owner, volunteer in the community, and an avid outdoors person, it was an extremely hard pill to swallow. My acupuncturist referred me to Isabelle as she humbly realized my issues were above her skill set. Thank goodness! Isabelle has made huge strides in my recovery. I'm not completely out of the woods yet, but I'm so close that I had to review her now. My symptoms have reduced significantly and my outlook on life is in a much better and happier place. Not only does she address the physical side of the accident issues, but she recognizes and heals the emotional side of it too. I personally didn't think there was an emotional side, but as she works on me it is evident that there is a definite emotional component. Often times during a treatment session she will intuitively move to an area of my body with no direction from me and proceed to gently work on it. It's kinda weird how she can follow the pain and just fix it! She has a true gift. If you are looking for relief and aren't ready to settle for a life of pain, do yourself a favor and put Isabelle at the top of your list! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Isabelle. You are giving me my life back!! ❤

Giving a 1 Star because I can’t give 0. Worse service of my life. In the middle of getting my blood drawn, at my scheduled appointment, she stopped drawing my blood and told me to go to another facility because SHE overbooked the room. I had to fast from the night before so this was inconvenient in many ways! Then Dr Tony said they would make it right, pay any extra bills I had from having to go to another office and give me some of the vitamins that he had me purchase at my appointment free of charge. I had to call them twice after dropping off the bills, the first call they said they would call me back by Monday, 3 weeks later I had to call again because I was being threatened to be sent to collections!! Today they told me they would NOT be covering the bill from the other office!! When I went in to drop off my bills Dr Tony was there and didn’t offer ANY compensation for the exteeem inconvenience I went through. The most unprofessional clinic I’ve EVER been to!

Really disappointed. I went into Dr. Krupa's office feeling like they were really taking care of me. I saw Dr. Krupa back in 2017 and now come 2019, I receive a bill from them, I was shocked. Not only did the front office staff reassure me that my insurance, as well as my husbands were accepted by their office, the said nothing as my husband and I spent hundreds of dollars on the recommended supplements from our appointments... come to find out my insurance was not accepted... my claims were incorrectly submitted to the wrong insurance several times.. now I get a certified letter to my front door from a lawyer to pay $633. A few days after, I see this ding on my credit report from puyallyp wellness center. I could not believe that in all this time, and all the contact I had with the front office staff(who will remain namless, who by the way was fired by puyallup wellness center) that this went this far for a error I felt was on their behalf. Now I have to spend extra time clearing this from my credit report, paying the initial bill plus paying for their lawyers fees because of how they went about this. Puyallup wellness center is truly all about their money...its not about patient care at all. Dont go here with confidence that the front office knows how to properly verify insurance prior to your appointment for accurate co pays or even provider enrollment. You will get screwed just like my husband and myself. Will never recommend this office!!

If you buy any type of dietary pill make sure you check the label. I was suppose to get a liver pill and got an energy pill. I took the pills the way the doctor told me. I ended up take 4 of these energy pills. I normally have very good blood pressure but I had a dentist appointment the same day and when they took my blood pressure it was 149/99. It usually runs 120ish/70ish. I felt like my head was going to explode. The doctor was wonderful. He was very educational, friendly, and seemed to really care. The staff is nice however the person that gave me these pills needs to pay close attention to what pills she gives out because something like this could have given someone a heart attack. Please just verify that you are getting what you want and understand what the pill does.
