Feedback:

Literally do not live here. Staff and management is terribly unorganized and unhelpful. Took me weeks to get ahold of anybody regarding my lease transfer due to me moving states. That whole process was SO frustrating, dealing with CHILDREN as staff. After multiple unanswered phone calls & emails TRYING to get assistance so I could move, I finally got things handled, paid my pro-rated rent, paid $300 to transfer my lease & signed myself legally closing the contract. Now nearly a YEAR goes by after moving and I get an email that I owe an unexplainable balance on my account that will be sent to collections if not paid??? HOW !? These new apartment complexes are nothing but money hungry, feeding off of college students who have no choice but to pay their ridiculously OVER PRICED rent.
