I understand they have to cater to the medical community first, but what's the point of legalizing recreational use if you're going to put so many stipulations on it? I've been twice on days that were supposed to be recreational days and came home empty handed... I think I'll just wait until I can go further up north O'Fallon, Fairview Heights etc to buy from dispensaries that don't run out of products... Thrive is just too small of an operation for me lol standing in line to get nothing while the people seem happy to tell you they have nothing.. Complete waste of time.
