I don’t like paying top shelf prices for popcorn nugs and bits of stem. The flower here is good if you can get it in the first day or 2 after it drops. After that it is so beat up by the bud tenders you are lucky if it isn’t a third shake. You can get the same strains form the same growers at lots of other stores for the same price and it isn’t tiny little nuggets of sadness. Step your game up or start pre-packaging TJsI’ll be going to the other good shops in Eugene from now on.

I started coming here for medible oil cause I like their house brand. The store clerk Bella was extremely helpful. If she’s not already the manager you should consider promoting her. She made sure I got the right discount price and knew their regular and discount prices moving forward. I wish all dispensaries had someone so diligent at the register. I don’t remember the other clerks name but she was helpful too. Their prices on concentrate dabs are also great.

The budtender who helped me today was so scattered and lacking product knowledge it ruined my experience. She shouldn't be asking me if I know which strain she put in which container. You had 3 strains to work, I had $200 to spend. It's not physics. Come home to find that most of the containers are mislabeled so my roommate and I had to play bud tenders. Flower is good, but not as good as it once was, especially for the price and service to cop. Not sure I will make the 45 min trek again.

i am a veteran to cannabis and was very excited to bring my out of state friend to this shop because i had a great experience here previously. as soon as i walked in with my friend we were rudely greeted and asked for IDs and i didnt think much of it because shes the front desk girl (hates her job her life is so hard blah blah blah) but when she followed us into the shop and rolled her eyes when i asked what their specials are i knew i was in for a horrible experience. The entire time she helped us i felt like we were inconveniencing her day entirely. i am such an easy customer to please. i know exactly what im looking for but i need to ask a few questions to narrow the options down. This girl with blond hair and a cap on was the most rude customer service employee i have ever encountered. 10/10 will not be returning here let alone recommending this location. go to moss crossing on friendly. they are quite awesome to EVERYONE

Best dispensary in Eugene!!! I can't say enough about it! I have shopped all around Eugene and they are the most trustworthy people. All of their product is organic local and to the highest standards! Even there $5 grams are stellar. They are a little more expensive in the long run but when you get an ounce for $40 or $50 from one of these fly-by-night companies there's a good chance that it's over a year old and full of pesticides. They say that has been tested but don't believe everything you read. At TJ's you can be sure that your product is going to be amazing. This is also one of the few dispensaries that takes credit cards and they have a really nice point system where you can earn rewards. If you get a chance do yourself a favor and try their in-house Durban Poison! High times magazine published an article where they said it was the best tasting pot on the planet!

Really enjoyed this dispensary for the last year, but the service is going downhill. I spent 30 minutes today waiting in the lobby, only to have someone walk in and immediately be welcomed into the back. When I stated that I had been waiting, I was ignored by the budtenders. At that point I gave up. Several of the newer budtenders seem short with customers, and hesitant to discuss the product and/or seem rushed. I think it's worth it at this point to do business elsewhere.

Went in here thinking I knew what I wanted in product and knew they have the best selection. However, the budtender proved to me that I have much more to learn about canabanoid profiles and their different psychoactive effects. He was able to drop knowlege in a way that wasn't too much for me to grasp and he wasn't by any means a "know it all." TJ all the way baybee

Great place ,very good customer service.The only problem I had there is the vape that I purchased didn't work well for me so they exchanged it for a different one gladly.they upgraded me to the firefly,gave me a great discount,but having the same problem with the firefly. must just be me?Changing my review to a 1 star. Very rude manager.Changed their policy from great customer service to no customer service.They are willing to sell very expensive vape units made in china with a no return policy if they don't work right,and an unwillingness to even help you figure it out.She sent me packin.Customer service is what separates good companies from the bad ones.Way to go TJ'sUpdate. 4/14/18. I spoke with the owner to explain what happened and he assured me that is not the way they do business,he also told me he would check it out and call me back,but he never did..LAME ,,🤬

Great bud but I have no idea why the other reviews say budtenders are great. Maybe I only get the ones that don't cherish their amazing job. Other than looking at the bottom of the jar for what the strain is, no budtender had told me anything knowledgeable. I seem to know more about their strains than some of their staff. I looove their setup and most of their bud is exquisite (and priced that way, about $2 more than other places) but there's always a little dread going in cuz the budtenders seem nervous or...something weird and the lack of knowledge about their strains really blows me away. Retrain your staff (I haven't been served by all the them but several) or hire people that are good at customer service and know the wonderful world of cannabis. Want my resume? Keep it up with the great bud though! Oh, the awesome front desk girl is probably the best! Always makes you feel welcome, thank you!

Tj's leaves me very conflicted. I love all their bud, even bottom shelf is pretty damn good. Their set up and aesthetic are great, I absolutely love the artwork next to all the strains. Their prices are ok, lower would be great but at least you pay quality prices for quality bud.But the budtenders suck. They're all courteous and cool, but every time I visit I get the least knoweldgable budtenders imaginable, usually they admit they have not tried a strain in question and can't give me anything other than the information written on the bottle. One of their budtenders even told me she traded her sample .5g of bud for vanilla Jill's fro yo. Which I'd love to be a teenager about and say "oh cool you traded free weed from work for ice cream! Hahaha!" but the end result is I have an ignorant budtender who doesn't care about their job. This is by no means out of the norm, there are more bad budtenders than good at pretty much every dispensary. But this is a high demand and short supply job, shouldn't every business care to have good employees that take pride in their jobs?Either way I'll be back because of the quality of bud and like I said everyone there is cool, but if I found an alternative with equal quality and better budtenders I would forever take my business from tjs.
