If I could rate this a 0 I would. Ordered off of weedmaps for some guerilla glue. Called me and told me they sold out after waiting an hour. I said fine what else do you have. Offered me the next best thing, I asked about the curbside pick up the manager said just call when I get there. Called when I got there and they wouldn't do curbside. Weedmaps says they do curbside pick up which I thought was great due to COVID-19. After that put my car in drive and left. Terrible business, will never go there again.Edit: 06/26/2020 After going here a few more times it seems like their inventory control is badly managed as well as their IPAD checkout system. They rarely update weedmaps so don't be upset if they don't have what you order when you get there.

Incredibly funky delivery system. If your going to shop here at list pick it up in person so you arent subject to their lack of coordination and care. The customer is always wrong with this place. Even the owner took 0% responsibility for the fact the delivery never arrived and we waited about 6 hours to watch the delivery driver slowly drive past our house and keep on going. I was going to make this place my go to because of their cbd selection but I'm litterally never going back to this place.

Last time I go there, customer service totally unpleasant, arrived 5 mins after 9 pm, door was still open, I go in and that young woman with an unpleasant and directive voice refused to serve me, next you should maybe think about closing your store before refusing a client, what a bad experience, I used to go there all the time, last time for sure... It’s not like there is missing dispensaries around... good luck

Ordering online is 100% pointless. Don’t bother. All but once my order was not ready when I arrived, even after calling to confirm it was ready and having a representative tell me it was (why are there so many staff willing to lie about this?!). The one time it WAS ready was confirmed after I called them, they never contacted me. Their confirmation email for the order says the order is available as soon as you hit submit which is 100% false. As with most of their customer service model, the system is extremely inefficient.Have been told by staff “if you want to get what you want, don’t order online” - contradictory to their online advertising that recommends ordering online during covid-19, and just appalling customer service. Their covid-19 response is minimal at best. You still have to pile into their tiny building to wait in line (6ft apart, but the moment you move forward you are occupying the same breathing space as the person in front of you). I have yet to see any staff participating in “curbside” pick up as they are always behind the counter waiting on the line going out the door.If this wasn’t the only place with hours outside of the norm, I’d avoid it all together as it’s not worth the stress of their inefficient and apparently incompetent service model.To be fair, most of their staff are lovely and helpful, but blaming the customer’s actions for the company’s poor system is unacceptable, especially when the company is encouraging customers to order online and curbside pick up is mandatory per the shelter in place orders.

Alternatives is such a great gem in the heart of Santa Rosa! They have awesome knowledgeable budtenders who care about helping their customers and building relationships with them! This is a great local shop, with awesome brands and local flower! The shop is big on education and making sure they are informed and knowledgeable about their brands! This is the perfect shop for a new user or someone who wants to try something new! Of course, their selection is amazing and they carry all your classic favorites. I’m an Account Manager for Heavy Hitters, and I love working with this shop! The owners really care about the value of cannabis, and they run their business accordingly. I truly love Alternatives, and so do so many of their amazing customers!

Was berated (multiple times) in front of other customers for attempting to return an ((unopened)) product moments after purchasing it, very apologetically and taking the blame myself. Employee who sold me the item took no responsibility in the mistaken sale, practically threw me under the bus to the person refunding, despite them (in my opinion) not doing a very good job at answering questions or explaining anything. I understand I made a mistake, but I'm not sure I deserved the treatment I received. I enjoyed this shop, especially the laid back atmosphere and intimacy, however I unfortunately feel too humiliated to return.Edit: I see the owner claiming that negative reviews are targeted: I didn't make this up and it ruined my day

100% best game in town. Especially for edibles! Always a chill experience without the hospital feel you get from some dispensaries.Open late and they are genuinely always happy to help you!The staff are very warm and knowledgeable about their products. They will help you find what you are looking for to achieve the state of mind you desire. I’m don’t do anywhere else now.A little tricky to find the street so remember:It is directly across the street from the dulceria and if u hit the dollar tree heading away from stony point - you’ve gone too far. Then, the big metal giraffe is the landmark to the find the building on the street itself, but basically, just follow the crowd.

Love this club, my favorite on the area. Prices are not bad at all. Always have good selection. One I had a guy in there I felt wasn't helpful at all, his answers to my questions were short and not welcoming at all, but I try not to let one worker mess up my entire experience and so far it has been a good all around experience here. Nice selection of all forms of your medication needs.

Today was my first time in! Small oil selection but it’s okay because what they do have is very high quality and not too expensive. The young lady at the front desk was so kind and polite. Hailey (I am sorry if I misspelled) helped me and got me checked out and made me feel very comfortable. Robert is a bit abrasive in his approach to first-time customers... I didn’t realize you could not look at the product and familiarize yourself with their options before being helped... I have major anxiety and I felt extremely uncomfortable with how he thought I was trying to cut a ”line” with just trying to look at products... I should not be so sensitive but it was embarrassing...

Good selection, but had to pass on basically all of it because the tender didnt understand a word i was saying:( this is a problem across the board that all businesses have, hire more knowledgeable staff that are interested in the subject..Edit: 1 star for bait and switch with prpducts on their website No integrity to these types of businesses
