Trinity Exchange is a wonderful place to reside! The office staff as well as maintenance is extremely friendly & they treat you like family. They remember who I am by name & are quick to try & resolve any issue that might come up. Instead of just “doing their job”, they go above & beyond to make sure you get taken care of. An example is our AC was not cooling our kids bedrooms properly & I put in a service request via our resident portal. Maintenance came out & checked everything which turned out to be good, but didn’t resolve the issue about their rooms not cooling & the temperature being at least 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the apartment. The Maintenance Manager Caesar, went home that night & on his own time, did some research as to how to fix this problem. He got an answer & came back the next morning & fixed it while we were gone. When we came back home, he immediately came up to tell us what he did. The issue was solved!! My kids rooms are much cooler & I was so very, very grateful for Caesar’s tenacity!! He definitely went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable! I would recommend anyone to live here. Especially if you’re looking for a place that rises above your typical apartment complex.

Office Staff and Maintenance are very helpful and responsive. Apartments themselves are about what you would expect. LOTS of young kids playing in the complex and in the hallways which can get loud and a bit obnoxious. Complex is located near an awesome walking trail around a lake that has a dog park with it, which is great. Police and Fire stations are both walking distance. Also right across the street is a Starbucks, WAWA, several other places to eat, and a Hampton inn. There are grocery stores less than a mile from the apartment complex too. Paying rent is super easy through the website. The apartment complex website is really easy to navigate too. Overall I give Trinity Exchange 4 stars! I would not describe this as luxury apartments by any means, but certainly not a bad place to be either. A hot tub to the pool area would be a great addition to the complex for future residents!

Just moved here this weekend from Washington, DC and this review is based on first impressions and the assistance my wife and I received Stephanie Kouretas of the leasing office. Being unable to visit potential places to live after finding out we'd be moving to Trinity whilst still living in DC, Stephanie helped make the process as easy as it could have been. The leasing office is responsive to email and phone calls. Our apartment is lovely and reasonably priced. As someone who's lived my whole life up to this point in California and DC, it feels like the lap of luxury here at Exchange.

Let me start this review with the best things; The girls in the front office are phenomenal (for the most part). The property is okay if you like dead grass and weeds. Nice units if you like cheap dirty wore down carpet. No Car wash. They do have a Volleyball court which is really nice if you like playing on a slope. Just don't try to play after it rains because the court will be flooded. Maintenance guys are nice enough, but be prepared to open several work orders to resolve the same issue until they fix it properly. Sr. Property Manager is incompetent, but not quite as incompetent as her Greystar corporate overlords. The property does have a pool and a gym. However the pool has a 1hr limit per person and you need to sign up and reserve your spot online. I would strongly advise against renting a Greystar property.

Extremely nice and professional staff, Stephanie has helped make it easy and enjoyable moving in. The maintenance guy we've met did a great job and was a very friendly guy. The apartment is beautiful, from the stainless appliances and granite countertops to the spacious bathrooms and huge tub I personally love. We're looking forward to living here for a long time.

If you are looking for a quiet, new beautiful apartment, Trinity Exchange is for you! I live on the second story of three and don’t hear my neighbors at all. The apartments are spacious with extra high ceilings and have roomy closets and storage with many shelves and racks. The kitchen is huge with granite, stainless appliances, pendant lighting, an extended counter for eating, and a huge pantry. There is an extremely large linen closet in the hall. The laundry room is also roomy with plenty of storage and shelving. Maintenance requests can be made on line or by phone and the response time has always been same day. The grounds are well kept and neighbors are quiet outside as well. There are absolutely no Florida insects. Trinity management employees are proactive and listen to concerns. Brett is amazing and goes above and beyond to help in any way he is able, such a professional! The surrounding area has plenty of shopping and restaurants, great location. I absolutely love living here and highly recommend this community!

This place is a scam! We signed a 14 month lease and moved out in April. The original lease has the 60 day notice that is required prior to move out if you do not wish to stay. When your lease is about to come to an end the paperwork they issue doesn’t remind you of the 60 day notice. We stated we would be leaving on day 51. They wouldn’t honor it. They said by law they don’t have to remind us. Therefore they charged us $1322.00 and said we were responsible for another months rent even though we did not live there. Then they said we owed approximately $900 for carpet and once they looked into, they stated we were now responsible for all of it and bumped the price up to $1200.00. I am writing this not only to warn present tenants but future ones as well. Do not use any greystar owned apartments because they are a scam and will screw you over in the end!

My husband and our 2 boys have lived at the Trinity Exchange Apartment since June/July 2017 and we absolutely love it!!! The Leasing Office staff are caring, very friendly and helpful. Lisa Barnes from the Leasing Office has been a great help to our family since day one! The grounds are well taken care of by the awesome maintenance staff. And our apartment is a small version of what I want my future house to look a be like.

We have loved living here. We will truly miss the leasing staff and great events that they put on. Although we are sad to go since at times the staff has felt like family, we are excited that our new house is finally complete across the street at Starkey Ranch. We have always felt at home ever since we moved in 9 months ago. It was perfect we were able to get into a lease under 12 months. It’s been great to be able to keep an eye on our house during the entire construction process. All our friends that visit always says how nice our apartment is and love the hardwood floors.. We’ve enjoyed the conveniences you get with the apartment like the 24 hour fitness center, computer lab, pool and the huge dog park right next door. The location is great as my husband and I both take the veterans expressway into Tampa for work. Although we haven’t really needed maintenance they are always friendly and happy to help and answer questions we’ve had. Our builder initially recommended Trinity Exchange to us and I’m glad they did. I would highly recommended living here if you are building in the area or just want a nice place to live.

From initial contact with one of the leading agents, Lisa, I have been very impressed with the entire experience with Trinity Exchange. On the initial tour, all questions I had were answered in depth, and follow up was made regarding any additional questions I may have had. I ended up signing a lease the day I toured after seeing a few other complexes. The cleanliness of the leasing office, club house, gym, pool, business center and most important the apartment is unmatched. The amenities are wonderful, especially the valet trash and monthly resident events. Any maintenance issue has been responded to quickly and efficiently , and the guys are all personable and professional. I've been in the complex 7 months, and would pick it all over again.
