First time visiting a dispensary after being out of town for over a year. They had all of my favorites and a friendly and quick check in process. I used to work in the industry and I was shocked by how low their prices were - I ended up grabbing more than I planned to get and still spent under my budget. I will definitely be returning.

I really love both Lit locations (this one + the Broadway one) but this one is my favorite! I’ve been coming back regularly since my first visit. The atmosphere is bright, open, and welcoming (some other dispensaries can be kind of intimidating); and the entire staff is extremely friendly, easygoing, patient, honest, knowledgeable, and overall add to the Lit experience and carry the brand so well. Shoutout to the whole staff, and especially to budtenders Lex and Juju for always being just a liiiiiittle extra awesome. Lit will always be my first choice!

Great price , great customer service , great experience. I am from michigan and actually just stumbled on to this place. I feel like i accidentally came across the best dispensary in Denver. After going here I went to a few other places and every single one was sub par compared to Lit Dispensary. The product and prices and customer service of this business are all around amazing. Definetly worth the Stop.

Awesome & Friendly Go to Neighborhood Store! Budtenders are professional, Knowledgeable & Quick to serve you... They are experienced & you can build a relationship as they have been there awhile...Management is professional & respectful...Products are Quality...Pre-rolls are actually fantastic! They have good vape, flower, edibles & concentrates as well...They give Veteran's 10% off &Industry too...I Highly Suggest Them as a Neighborhood store or if you're just Getting a Mile High @ The Broncos Games or Concerts!!!Enjoy! Was a customer for a while, but recently the changes have caused their service to lack. I was told different pricing information 2 days ago, came in today and had the price change on me again while I was there.... their bud tenders are not trained on their prices which is unfortunate because I wasted time going there, talking to them, and left empty handed due to their overpriced flower. I’d recommend wolfpac or mile high dispensary for better experiences, flower and cost

Great shop. I'm extremely picky about what I spend my money on and I always leave the shop feeling good about my purchase. I'm there once a week so I'm a little biased but they have good deals if you go on the right day, happy hour deals if you're there early enough, and they're all super friendly. If you're in the area, it's worth dropping in on them. Definitely make the time to stop in and say "hi" if you're a veteran. Beware game days as the shop has a great view of Bronco stadium and can be a little harder to get to due to increased traffic.

I got turned on to this place from a veteran in my building great prices. Lov the vetrans discount of 10% off now that's how to treat veterans.They have a special every day of the week. The best one is FREE TAX THRUSDAY combinde that with your vet discount you get a hell of a deal.They are at 17th & Federal Blvd. A little hard to get into if u are going South on Federal turning East during rush hour.Parking lot always full I'm in a wheelchair and the guard always holds the doors for me as well as the employee on your way out.

Lit lost my business because of the rude security and messed up park . When the Field House has activities there is NO PARKING . I've been a long time customer and never been treated so bad by there security. When I complained to Lit staff the SECURITY told me that thay can't sell to me and demanded me to leave. Lit staff told him that they will sale to me and told him to leave. BECAUSE OF HORRIBLE SECURITY AND PARKING I WILL NOT EVER RETURN.

Average product, pretty decent prices, ABYSMAL and APATHETIC customer service. 6+ months ago, this place was the example of what customer service in cannabis should be. I knew most of their staff by name(and most of them knew me), and was even blown away by their knowledge... with the exception of one budtender. That same budtender(who I am told is Amy) has been consistently rude to myself, and other customers I have watched her help. She has even complained about a previous customer that was directly before me, to me. I have recently found that nearly every friendly face that had me coming back has quit or been fired, and this horrible budtender is now management. She had even spent a couple of transactions with me complaining about her coworkers and "fellow management". She herself, told me multiple times how happy she was to be rid of the people I knew by name, bragging about it in a vainglorious manner, and claiming she was part of the reason why. She even has gone as far to say that her and the GM(who's name I do not know) are incredibly close, both inside and outside of work, and that he respects everything she says and does. I can still name the names of these employees that set the standard for what customer SERVICE means, even months after I have last seen some of them. It seems with these people's departure, the empathy, customer service, and overall positive demeanor has vanished as well. I would gladly pay for like or better quality bud, same edible, topical, and concentrate products at a higher price elsewhere to be treated like a customer, and not a burden. It seems, whether blinded by their rebranding, this GM(that sounds like has been in control for well over a year), or the braggadocios manipulation this "Amy" has managed to pull off, they have been rewarding the cancerous negativity while snuffing out the best and most empathetic employees. Not a winning business strategy, especially with competition on every corner. Good product in cannabis is no longer a hot commodity, and the only thing that can set a specific location apart is good pricing, good selection, and PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend pay a couple more dollars to go almost anywhere else, as the chain mentality seems to have taken over this store, despite them only being one location, to my knowledge. Disappointing. Let's hope they figure this out before expanding to more locations, as some of their employees have suggested.

The best quality of flower for the price you'll find in Denver. My go-to shop. Currently my favorite dispo. I shop here once a week minimum. Their tres-star is my favorite weed of all time. The staff makes you feel like your a friend/family. Amazing views of Denver, quick in and out shopping experience, Affordable. (unrushed).
