Very aggravated. I asked multiple times if I can schedule the service for a specific date since I work 1.5 hours away and need to make arrangements to be on the property for the first treatment. I received an automatic message stating I was scheduled for Tuesday. I contacted TruGreen and I asked to have it set to Friday. I was told no problem it was scheduled for FRIDAY. I called on Friday to ask when they would be here as I did not receive a message stating when they would be on the way. I was told on the chat I was scheduled for Thursday the following week because the branch that services my area does not work on Fridays. . WHAT?? After a few choice words of frustration, I reluctantly said fine then set it for the this coming Monday, I can not leave work on Thursday. We will see if they show up. Until then, I am not happy with the scheduling portion of the company. I feel I was lied to at this point, given false promises. I hope they hold true to their schedule this time.

This has got to be the worst scam in history. Don't sign up for any of their services. They up-sell everything, they call daily harassing and begging you to retain their services, and they don't cancel when you ask them to. I canceled this service 6 months ago and they never stopped billing me. Now they had the nerve to send me threatening collection letters. I called to resolve the issue by letting them know I canceled 6 months ago and they said, "how can we keep you as a client". The end result of their service was a completely dead lawn, which had to be replaced entirely and 50+ aggravating phone calls and collection letters.

I am very satisfied with the people that take care of my lawn. They are very friendly, and keep me up to date on what they are doing. I am notified by phone when they are coming and what they will be doing. When they come they always knock at my door to see if I'm home and let me know that they are starting and what they are doing. At the end I am given a paper receipt can't spell, or leave it on my door knob. I can't think of anything negative to say.

My lawn used to be a wonderful weed patch. I simply didn't win against the weeds so might as well like them. Now that TruGreen has been dealing with this problem there is not a weed in sight on the whole lawn. The grass is thick and grows like gangbusters both in the front and in the back. The people are always nice. They let you know in advance when they come. And when the application guy comes he first rings the bell and let's you know that he is there. But you wouldn't even know he has been there because he does it job well and in no time he is done. Soon you notice the difference when the grass looks greener and grows at a healthy pace. Now I don't have to worry about the right type of fertilizer any more nor the type of weed control I need. It works well for me.

The first two months were great... We even had friends in the neighborhood ask us about it.. And it's never been the same since. It's dead, still has weeds, and the service was a bit sketchy. They say they come by and treat the grass, but it seems like I've paid for nothing. Totally disappointed and I feel the money I spent just went into the owners pocket! SCAM SCAM SCAM. I want all of my money back!!!!!!

Considering the drought we have had this summer , my lawn looks descent . I am looking forward to some cooler weather to help bring things back to life again . I have not met my tru green application tech yet this year (not the same guy as previous years ) but seems to be doing a good job . In previous years some areas of my lawn were not being compleated . He recently applied broad leaf control and I am anxious to see the results .

Dave, the district manager called me relentlessly during the week, weekend, late afternoon, early morning...to get my business. I signed up for the service, which promised a redo of an application if not satisfied. I called Dave on June 22nd, and told him that I could not see any difference in the appearance of the lawn. He said that someone would call me to schedule a re-application. After 3 days and not hearing from Truegreen, I called Dave and left him at least 5 messages to no avail. I called yesterday to cancel the service. Customer Service said they would have a manager call me, 24 hours later no calls from TrueGreen.

I paid for a years service in advance. THe guy came once so they said. No sign of pellets/ferilizer. No invoice or service report. I called, they said he came. They e-mailed me a service report after I begged for one. I had a service appt for Apr 24, waited all day for him to show. Nothing. Dispatch said he would show Apr 25. I waited, no show. The dispatch said no one was there to answer my questions but did say he did not show up. She could not re- schedule because no one was there to do it. Service sucks. I had them ten years ago and they were great. Probably bought out by a big outfit. Customer Service sucks.
Feedback:
All of the Trugreen sprcialists were very thorough in their service at my yard. The grass grows at a faster rate than my neighbors and the color is good for this time of year. We have not had much rain so the grass and trees are suffering from this. The specialists are all courteous when they come to the door. It is not necessary for them to park on the two lane road since this is a well traveled road to Walmart. There is enough room on the driveway to back in and park.
