Had a really good experience. I had a little bit of a wait time because I was a new patient BUT, they were friendly and super knowledgeable on the different strains. The best part about the visit to this dispensary is they offered me and every customer a bottle water on the way out! THANK YOU! It’s the little things that matter. And the weed is fire as well!!!

Tried placing an order on their website and it didn’t work so I called them and told them about it not working and was told to show them when I come in so I showed the lady manager in person and was told it must be my phone cause they been getting other orders and she apologized to me for my phone not working! I just want to place an order to be picked up unbelievable

My first experience at TM (pre-covid) was great. I felt welcomed and was impressed by the knowledgeable bud tenders. My second experience at TM was a bit different. I witnessed the crowd of patients ahead of me pick up their online orders inside, but when my time came they said they were crowded and said it would be better to review my order outside. I would have understood this decision (and still appreciate their efforts to keep their patients safe during these concerning times), but as I stood outside there were patients entering and leaving the building. I did not like paying an institution to feel like a second class citizen, but after waiting for quite a while I was ready to go home.I was not sure what this was about and I waited a day before deciding to post about my experience to see if I was over reacting, but here we are. I understand that we all have the power to choose where our dollar is spent and this experience will def. influence my future purchasing decisions.

This use to be the place, however currently the prices are marked up with same quality if not worse. Frosted cookies had mold (white fuzzy mold inside a 1.2 gram bud) had to throw it out. Its like throwing out money. If it happed to me, chances are the whole batch got compromised one way or another. Thank you Truemed for the long waits, mediocre pricing, and moldy buds.

Been coming here for years and as the years go by I run into more and more bad customer service. Being a bud tender isn't a hard job nor should you be miserable doing it. Kaitlyn had a nasty attitude telling me there are other places to shop. I didn't disrespect her, I didn't say anything insulting. For being one of the top dispos in the state you would think there would be a high standard on customer service from your employees. I am also un the industry and I know that would fly in my place of business.

Online orders only no phone orders? Why? Your website menu is not user friendly at all....... and has no pictures. When calling the dispensary that 5 minute message of the girl blabbing you have to listen to before pressing the numeric option is ridiculous. Thanks for killing my high....will stick with HARVEST for sure... they give 20 percent off for vets not the measly 5 percent like you all...gouging our bank accounts..

I was at Tru-Med this morning and I have to give them a shout out for the outside area they set up. I think they did a great job of putting that together for people who are waiting for their meds outside. This was a nice gesture by them, and I appreciate what they are doing for patients during this pandemic. Well done Tru-Med, the area looks classy at night time with all the lights on it.

I've been coming here for a while even though the amount of flower has dissipated I still come because they have one of the best flowers in the state but the customer service is iffy I was just told that I couldn't use my loyalty points I would think times like this when it's hard to afford your medicine that these companies would work with us and provide us with our medication that we need.

hmm waited an hour today after rushing over there on my bike and was turned down after I used the bathroom I understand.. ok but a suggestion would be why check patients in only to wait and be called, maybe management can consider checking them and and making them pay right then and there just expediting the process! Peace and love and hopefully I can get some meds some time soon

Very beautiful dispensary with a modern feel. Placed an express order and had to wait for 20 minutes. Besides that the ONLY reason for not giving them 5/5 is I wish they used a digital payments platform like Alt36. My atm is the opposite direction from my house and I don’t want to pay a $5.00 atm charge every time I go. Other than that I loved the dispensary!
