Feedback:

Yesterday night at about 8 I had went into trumed to redeem a free pre-roll. When I went to the tablet at the desk and put my number in my points Clearly say 150 yet I was deprived of my pre-roll and deducted 20 points. If you're gonna have a point system id think you'd freaking honor it like you usually do. My complaint is based on pure principle and the fact that these guys really wanted to argue with me over a preroll in front of your other customers. I ended up buying the preroll and walking out really disappointed. Atleast Sky dispensary know how to treat a customer and its right down the street. Thx. JoseLeonardo Madrid Meraz
