Wife went in on June 5 and paid the fees and had them submit her application. 2 weeks later it was rejected because they did not upload the photo properly. Called in for help and they told her to do it herself and would not refund the application fee. The girl at the desk told her there was nobody that could help her and she was pretty much on her own. We emailed the manager and never got a response. Here she sits, 1 month later, no card and ZERO help from these guys. Will not recommend anymore with this type of service. She finally had to do the application herself because she was tired of waiting. What is the point of paying them to do the application if they don't...

I really enjoyed my experience during my initial evaluation. Both doctors were female and were both kind and attentive. The front office staff are younger and about half exuded good customer service. The girls behind the counter doing the transactions were slightly pushy to get me out of there even though it wasn’t busy at the time. I was told 2 weeks I should expect my medical card.(Online thru the Az Health Dept it says a total of 7-10 business days is how long it should take.) Today is the 2 week mark and I’ve yet to receive anything thru the portal so I called the office and come to find out my application hasn’t even been touched for processing in their office! Per Carolyn the woman who answered the phone, stated that due to technical difficulties and not enough staff my application along with many others hasn’t been processed on their end. I paid extra for their office to handle that and now I am being told I have to wait 3 weeks. I would have highly recommended this place except the fact that I was told incorrect information regarding when I would receive my card. 3 weeks later when you pay extra for a service to be completed isnt good business. I will not be going back for renewal. I heard Dr. Referralz was the way to go but I didn’t listen...

They had me in and out of both appointments in an hour, probably less.After that, just my experince, it varies, got my card in only a few days. 🙂Will DEFINATLY be back here to get renewed. Thank you all so so much 💙

Voted #1 Certification Center 4 years in a row for a reason! THEY ARE THE BEST.Amazing Owners, Great Staff, Compassionate Doctors, KID FRIENDLY, Positive & Comfortable environment. I can go on and on about how amazing your Center is and how enjoyable it is going in for renewal but I just wanted to take a second to leave a quick review. Thank you Tumbleweeds Staff for making both my husband Teagan’s and my renewal experience so enjoyable! Unfortunately I didn’t get to see Ciara this year but Angelica & Alex were SUBLIME! The vibes and energy I got from the second I walked through the door were so positive and welcoming. It felt like home. We both saw Dr. Margo and she is an absolute delight!!!We will see you guys next year to keep our records current for renewal the following year.✌🏻♥️

Such an amazing establishment. I went here to obtain my first card. The visit was quick and simple, there were no complications. I did not have any medical records, so I was able to be evaluated and certified by two doctors at the same appointment. I met with Dr. Alicia and Dr. Margot, they were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I was educated by them on the many different ways to consume THC, CBD, and the best method for my diagnosis. The ladies at the front desk were super welcoming and helpful. They triple checked my information to make sure everything was correct before they send it to the state. They thoroughly explained the process, handling time, and when I should be expecting my card.Something I wanted to point out is the furniture and building. It was rather old, very outdated, and could use some remodeling. They did, however, have snacks and coffee! I went on Valentine's Day and they had pink heart-shaped cookies, so cute. They also sell apparel, smoking equipment, and CBD products.I recommend this place to anyone getting a medical card or renewal. They were having a Valentine's Day special and I received $10 off! I couldn't have been more happy with my experience.

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff and docs...BUT...I felt a RIPPED (no pun intended) when, a month after MY card was renewed, you guys offered 2 years for the price of one, once for Xmas then for New Years...just sayin...I thought you should have offered it to REGULARS TOO (I went there for 3 years to get my card). You are interested in pulling in NEW CLIENTS and not OLD ONE´S? So loyalty doesn´t mean anything to you? OK then...I WILL GO ELSEWHERE NEXT RENEWAL TIME AND STOP REFERRING YOU TO FRIENDS. You obviously dont need repeat business, just new business. Typical. Bad business and bad form guys you really disappointed me and lost me, forever. After-all there are dozens of other places.

STAY AWAY. I want to say they are incompetent but I believe they are deliberate in their “mistakes”. Places of business need to be careful these days complaints can be made for everyone to see. Patterns emerge and you can be called out to the proper authorities. This place likes to mess peoples medical records up and then blame them for it. They told me they couldn’t read my hand writing Even though I went over all the info with them and if they were so unsure why not contact me to confirm instead of sending false medical records. They got both my email and home address wrong and blamed me even though they had been sending me recipes and surveys to my correct address. When it came down to important info they had to send to state they deliberately gave them a different address than the one they had already been contacting me with. Human error is no excuse this is medical information you are altering. Hopefully the incorrect email address that all my info is being sent to doesn’t have a devious person attached to it. These people are no good stay away unless you want problems.

This is my 2nd visit to Tumbleweeds. Totally new to all this when I came the first time. I found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I made an appointment and I suggest doing so. The wait time for walk ins has increased. Every Dr. I met with has always been educated and sincerely making a medical decision. The process was easy if you have paperwork. If you don't, there are ways to obtain help getting. Or having a physical exam, which does cost more. The prices for service is equal to what I found. Now each card is for 2 years. Instead of yearly. I will use Tumbleweeds next year.

The staff is very Friendly and the owner Dana is an amazing soul. I’ve been to many dr’s and all of them don’t want to take the time to listen to the patient. Dana and her staff really care about their patients individual needs and made it easy to talk to and get help. I highly recommend Tumbleweeds if you are looking for a friendly and helpful place to get things done fast!
