They have a wide variety of cannabis products. They are very friendly and helpful. I got a $35+tax 8th with 22.43% thc. Very nice! more

The Budtender and Security Guard were super nice. But whoever was running the front desk was super rude and impersonal. And he made the whole experience feel really awkward. Not coming back but thanks for the edibles!

I shopped at several other dispensaries and found them to be impersonal and unorganized. I found Abatin and was impressed with their customer service and have been shopping there monthly for a couple of years now. I pass several other shops to get to Abatin and did so last week. I tried to place an order online beforehand, but the internet was too slow and I found the order system to be confusing to someone with my disability. They have been so accommodating in the past so I thought I'd just go by. The security person who met me out front said I could not enter unless I had an online order. No exceptions despite my explanation. So I called from my car and convinced the front desk staff person to take my order. She could not see my order history and I could not see a menu, so I guessed and placed a phone order. As I waited outside no other customers came by. Ten minutes later I went inside and was the only customer in there. My complaint to the manager drew little response. I know these are unusual and stressful times, but imagine how they are for someone who already had difficulty making it through the day before Covid 19 appeared. I made the effort to be a loyal customer, I would hope to get the same in return.

I've spent a lot of money at this store, and the only time I've had an issue they ignore me. I ordered a product listed at 100 mg on the website for mobile order, and when I opened it, its listed are 10m mg(90 mg less! That wont do anything). I've contacted them multiple time but they ignored me. Really freaking irritating. They take 1000s of my dollars and the only time I need them to fix an issue, they ignore me!

Best dispensary I've been to. Being able to order online is hugely convenient since I have to drive ~30 mins to get here. Orders are processed really quick and the staff is incredibly friendly. Absolutely recommended!

Friendly people and you can bring your dog, which is great. Unfortunately, went in last week and bought a cartridge for the e pen. The sales guy showed me 3 options and I chose one. I'm no e pen guru and wasn't aware there were different types of pens. When I opened the package, it ended up being one that is not compatible with my pen. Called and asked if I could exchange it for one that is compatible. The answer was no, but they could give me 20 percent off the battery that the cartridge is for. Ya, no thanks. That's just bad customer service. I'll be shopping elsewhere and you should too. Plenty of businesses to choose from.
