Armondo, Alina, Samantha, and Mirian are so awesome. I had a felon infection on my pinky. I came in and everyone is professional and had great energy. It was definitely a vibe!. Samantha drained my finger. It was fast and not painful. They won me over. Will be coming back in the future. Thank you all again for taking care of me if you are reading this!!

Feedback:

My girlfriend came in for a kidney problem/severe pain after her regular doctor didn't help and didn't provide adequate care. Here, Dr. Linarez was incredible, funny, seemed like he cared a lot and was sure to answer all questions and explain everything thoroughly. The whole staff was pleasant and happy to help. Waiting room and exam rooms were clean, a little small but functional. They were very understanding about insurance and made sure we could afford the visit. Will be coming here again for future issues!

This was one of the only urgent cares near me so I walked 25 minutes to get there just a little after opening (9:15am). When I got there, one of the desk workers rudely told me that the clinic actually opened at 10am. When I told her about the hours stating they opened at 9am, she said the urgent doctor was running late and there was only a primary care doctor available. I was pretty sick and had just walked 25 minutes and told her openly I didn’t know what to do. She said “sorry” and turned away without offering recommendations of other clinics in the area or trying to get me in with the doctor that was there.Just totally unprofessional for a medical practice. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Feedback:

Nothing urgent about this urgent clinic. They see 2 ppl an hour at most. And then give you sass when you ask why is it taking that long. They also our time because they told me to come in over the phone when I told them the symptoms, so we went there to waste over an hour to be told to go to an emergency clinic. Even though I specifically asked them if I should take her there right away!

This is my go to urgent care because it’s close to my house and they are open late (even on holidays like dr kings b-day). After coming here several times already for unrelated issues I knew that this place is in and out fast service. None of that waiting around like at other Dr.’s offices. This time, I decided to write this review because I saw Dr. Linares, and finally got a least a little bit clearer of an idea of what’s going with me. After literally chasing my tail between specialist to specialist none any better than the last. Dr. Linares is chill, laidback, yet completely professional and is proactive in diagnosing your ailments. If I had the option I'd take him as my primary care physician in a heartbeat! His staff is professional, courteous, and I have never had any issues with anything about this place. I would highly recommend it but then the wait times might increase... But if you need urgent care and can keep a secret definitely stop by the urgent care at Vermont! But dont get confused Cause there are several on this strip of Vermont this one is on the corner of La Mirada ave and Vermont ave.

I went to this urgent care a few months ago because i ran a high temperature during the night and has been coughing. I was seen by only an NP, not even an MD and not even an xray or any diagnostic test was done. I did not even get a prescription for antibiotic which was the reason I went in the first place because antibiotics need prescription. If it wasn't for that, i wouldn't have even gone to urgent care. Guess how much they charged for that short and useless visit? A whoping $150!!. Talk about rip off. I have never been charged this much by any urgent care, ever! and for what?? The highest copay i ever paid for better urgent care was $35. Don't go here.

Feedback:

The services the people of thsi urgent care clinic were amazing. The staff in the reception area was very accomodating, she was wearing a smile in her face that the patient will feel good and important. The nurse was good and you can see in her a compassionate attendance in the patient’s need. The doctor was also very accomodating. She checked my medical problem and explains It to me to best of her knowledge, ability and understanding and to my satisfaction. I was very happy. Kudos to all of you!

I am grateful that The Urgent Care at Vermont was able to help me when i was sick. I walked in as a walk in and was seen in a promptly time. Staff members gave great costumer service!!! But the most important part was that Dr. Linares listen closely to my symptoms and was able to diagnosis appropriately and treat me. Will highly recommend family and friends that are seeking to get great medical attention.

This clinic may not look like much on the outside, but it's so much different on the inside. I liked everybody but I especially liked the doctor there who treated me with kindness and care.. He really really seemed to care. If you're between doctors and you need A place to go this is better than anything I've seen around. Everyone says go to Hollywood walk in clinic but I've been there. Don't go there, go here! You won't be sorry.

These people took my vitals and listening to me list off my vague, viral like symptoms. Without doing a CBC, throat swap, flu test, ANYTHING, they offer me some cough syrup and are prepared to send me out the door. After less than ten minutes of their attention. Realizing the cough syrup would probably not effectively get me to feeling better, I requested a steroid shot. The young man administered my injection into my arm (instead of the hip) leaving me with a very bruised and sore arm. Unfortunately my bad experience did not end there! I received a bill with odd procedures and charges. Upon calling, I learned I (and my insurance) was billed $200 for a new patient fee. Being an urgent care facility I would have to assume MOST patients are "new". (In my case, I was just a sick tourist trying to save my vacation). It is a completely unnecessary charge, and it wasn't the only one. $750 for the steroid shot, and $50 for some processing fee that no one on the staff can seem to explain WHY very adequately. So, with my insurance adjustments, I am now out $120 dollars for a crappy doc in the box to give me cough syrup and a poorly administered injection. Well done.
