Feedback:

They get an extra star because I've been a customer with only minor rude customer service incidents over the last 2.5 years. Unfortunately I'm done with UP. I had a $44 vape cartridge not work for the first time and tried to exchange it. The manager told me I needed my paper receipt to do so, which has never been explained to me by the counter reps. I asked if they keep our sales records, he said they do, but it's heir "policy" to keep the paper receipt. This is retail-cheapskate-speak for "loophole to screw you should we feel like it."I'll start buying my overpriced cartridges from one of the many other dispensaries in the neighborhood.
