They get an extra star because I've been a customer with only minor rude customer service incidents over the last 2.5 years. Unfortunately I'm done with UP. I had a $44 vape cartridge not work for the... more

all it takes is for one rotten apple...unfortunately, that rotten apple was the associate assigned to assist me. Next in line. She was very condescending and spoke with sighs and pauses, as if I were wasting her time. So, I figured maybe it was me and explained that I was first-timer in any dispensary, so I knew less than minimal and have some patience. I would love to say she suddenly became a ray of sunshine and her customer service picked up...I can't. I will say she didn't get any worse though. Finally, after 2-3 mins, I decided I needed her and her condescending words about as much as a scuba diver needs a lighter! Respectfully told her about herself and walk to the front door and shared my experience with staff. Of course my intent wasn't to create havoc for her at work, but someone who signs her check should definitely check her about customer service. Otherwise, my encounter with the other staff there was delightful. They explained the process thoroughly with some patience (the reason for 3 stars and not 1). IDC if it's $10, $100 or $1000, never treat your customers as if they're wasting ur time, they're the reason your there! What is she, high? I'm the easiest person to get along with. Of all my reviews, I believe this is my 2nd bad review posted. They don't come easily because of the typing, but she earned a lengthy one.I never got to experience any product because I walked out after talking with staff at the door. Therefore I'm unable to give any sort of review in that capacity. So, by all means, I'm not saying don't try it out. Just don't go to the rotten apple associate. It'll be a while before I return, even if it is convenient (my girlfriend lives in the apartment building it's attached to, the Olume). I've found a couple more a bit more welcoming.

Nothing about the outdoor atrium ( awning okay) would give any indication about the experience (San Francisco workers proud of their employment) that I thought came once in a decade. I'll include the signs of quality from the decorum of this seemingly small but robust area of a retail establishment, your 420 taste-you will leave with exactly with what you had in mind, and the glaring opaque of it all- I truly thought I was in a renaissance. I do have to mention price but why should I spoil your experience, just bring your wallet. This is the gold standard for dispensaries until further notice.

They get an extra star because I've been a customer with only minor rude customer service incidents over the last 2.5 years. Unfortunately I'm done with UP. I had a $44 vape cartridge not work for the first time and tried to exchange it. The manager told me I needed my paper receipt to do so, which has never been explained to me by the counter reps. I asked if they keep our sales records, he said they do, but it's heir "policy" to keep the paper receipt. This is retail-cheapskate-speak for "loophole to screw you should we feel like it."I'll start buying my overpriced cartridges from one of the many other dispensaries in the neighborhood.

This place used to be awesome! Now the only good thing, is the "Use on site" lounge area. The prices are easily double those of Colorado. Often the selection is half of other area dispensaries. Obviously Downtown parking is impossible! This week they were touting Pre-roles for a local charity, but don't have any pre-roles..😡 All the trouble.. NONE of why I stopped in.. No more! Dispensaries are everywhere, many DO have selection, parking and better pricing..

A must stop shop for anyone visiting San Francisco or any locals looking for quality products and a place to relax and unwind. The vibe is set right when you walk through the door, with music playing and lounge set up to the right side of the shop, you want to get your products and relax in the shop before continuing your day. The staff is friendly, and the budtenders are educated and trust worthy. Can't wait to pop back in at Urban Pharm for some more Heavy Hitters vape cartridges.

This place is awesome! I came to San Francisco strictly to visit all the lounges, no sight seeing. We came to this place after a recommendation from a employee at a different lounge and glad we did after visiting rather dull, confusing, and rude dispensaries. You are greeted at the door and walked in to an easy entry process, even given a menu to look at while waiting. Then off to the bud tender who was super stoked to meet us. We were shown everything and we bought a lot because of the time they spent with us, oh and the products are amazing. Then off to the lounge where we met the awesome dabtender (I forgot her name) who made our experience! She was funny and seemed super excited to be at work! All-around fun place to hang out with good vibes and good people.

There is no other place like Urban Pharm. They have a gravity that keeps yourself coming back. The interior has been described as steampunk but the exposed industrial work has flourishes of it, but it's not the main theme.Dab Bar - experience and taste the best concentrates in the world. The dabtenders will help you select the right dab for the occasion. If you're feeling adventurous nothing is better than a platinum - worth the treat for the visiting patron. The experienced and familiar user will appreciate their top shelf - the variety is mind boggling. The newcomer won't be let down with their delectable edible selection

So I came in to buy a joint. Yes my goatee is dyed blue and I'm black but that is no reason for the budtender to whisper to her coworker and laugh at me. I definitely won't be going back. Thanks for accepting people doing something different in San Francisco. Lame place. Since the first time I've ever went I've never felt welcome. I guess it's because I'm not one of the rich kids from the nearby buildings.

A pot smokers dream. They've got plenty of options here and you can smoke in the place. They also have an awesome dab bar. The one downside that I took away is the wait at the beginning. They take your ID and jot down your information for legal purposes I presume. The wait made the experience kinda anticlimactic but overall it is a place you must visit if you are in San Francisco and are looking to smoke some pot indoors legally. I for sure will definitely be back.
