Feedback:

I was referred by a friend as I needed an Optometrist. Needless to say, I had to make several visits as my eyes were simply not getting accustomed to the new prescriptions. However, the issue was getting through to make appointments, leaving messages for staff to contact me but yet never received a callback and last minute appointment cancellations after I had already made arrangements to leave work early. The follow through is simply not great. A lot of going back and forth and at one point the receptionist actually wanted to refer me to their other facility which is completely out of the way for me. Disappointing to say the least.
