I had vertigo and dizziness which it really stopped my life and I was not be able to work ,so for 3 weeks I visited 2 times er and 2 other different dr they all said I need to be seen by ear dr ,4 times during 3 weeks I came to see my primary but they refused to issue referral to see ear dr and finally I walked away and waiting to change my primary, this place is only for simple problem like cold and flu but dont come here for serious health issues.

I was referred by a friend as I needed an Optometrist. Needless to say, I had to make several visits as my eyes were simply not getting accustomed to the new prescriptions. However, the issue was getting through to make appointments, leaving messages for staff to contact me but yet never received a callback and last minute appointment cancellations after I had already made arrangements to leave work early. The follow through is simply not great. A lot of going back and forth and at one point the receptionist actually wanted to refer me to their other facility which is completely out of the way for me. Disappointing to say the least.

I was a previous member at VCC many years ago and it was amazing. Now it is seriously terrible. i called to make an appointment and they hung up on me. I called back again and it was 2 minutes to 5 o'clock and no one answered. I read the reviews and felt like it may be a hit and miss with this place. But the way it is managed is truly terrible. I am in a bit of shock and VCC you do not need a reply back telling me to contact your appointment line to make an appointment. After this I will not. You need new management and new employees who actually want to work instead of hanging up on people and turning your new clients away. This used to be my doctor and dentist and I loved them! That was maybe 8-6 years ago. Now I’m back and trying to coordinate my insurance in a way so I can return and over the phone nobody can figure out what I should do to be seen. I was told to get liberty dental so I could come in. I called and got it - the provider asked for their dental clinic code so I can be assigned. Nobody knew the answer when I called so I drove over and got snapped at for asking. They said they don’t have a code and shouldn’t be assigned to anyone. Now I have liberty insurance and can’t use t for you guys? Thanks for the advice because I just got an appointment elsewhere within 3 min of one phone call. Best thing you could do is avoid this place unless you’re uninsured.

Not happy, being chronically ill, I asked for a doctor and they gave me a very very inexperienced NP. She has to jump through hoops and thus makes me jump through hoops. She was nice at first but then became condescending when I asked her about referrals for my ongoing issues. Also I think they violated my ADA rights. I was told I was going to see dr chapo or chapa and nope.... I’m not saying bad about NPs because I have friends who are nurses but with major illness maybe handing me off to a worrisome NP was not the best choice. She didn’t even believe me or my symptoms

Great clinic with great staff! Dr. Jill Halper is the best Pediatrician available and Dr. Zealander is a very good Medical Practitioner and easy to talk to. The best part about this clinic is that it offers everything including General Heath, Pediatrics, Women's Health, and even a Teen Clinic so you can stay with this Medical Facility for pretty much you're entire life. Anything they can't fix will be referred to a doctor that can and I have never been unsatisfied with a referral. Definitely would recommend!
