I was a previous member at VCC many years ago and it was amazing. Now it is seriously terrible. i called to make an appointment and they hung up on me. I called back again and it was 2 minutes to 5 o'clock and no one answered. I read the reviews and felt like it may be a hit and miss with this place. But the way it is managed is truly terrible. I am in a bit of shock and VCC you do not need a reply back telling me to contact your appointment line to make an appointment. After this I will not. You need new management and new employees who actually want to work instead of hanging up on people and turning your new clients away.
