This used to be my doctor and dentist and I loved them! That was maybe 8-6 years ago. Now I’m back and trying to coordinate my insurance in a way so I can return and over the phone nobody can figure out what I should do to be seen. I was told to get liberty dental so I could come in. I called and got it - the provider asked for their dental clinic code so I can be assigned. Nobody knew the answer when I called so I drove over and got snapped at for asking. They said they don’t have a code and shouldn’t be assigned to anyone. Now I have liberty insurance and can’t use t for you guys? Thanks for the advice because I just got an appointment elsewhere within 3 min of one phone call. Best thing you could do is avoid this place unless you’re uninsured.
