Not happy, being chronically ill, I asked for a doctor and they gave me a very very inexperienced NP. She has to jump through hoops and thus makes me jump through hoops. She was nice at first but then became condescending when I asked her about referrals for my ongoing issues. Also I think they violated my ADA rights. I was told I was going to see dr chapo or chapa and nope.... I’m not saying bad about NPs because I have friends who are nurses but with major illness maybe handing me off to a worrisome NP was not the best choice. She didn’t even believe me or my symptoms
