“Stat” X-Ray orders mean nothing to these people. I had a similar experience to others who have posted about how it’s basically first come, first serve. I was referred from Dr. Moushabek’s office (also part of HVVMG), but as a workers comp patient due to a wrist injury at work. The injury was on my right wrist, which is my dominant hand, and the pain was excruciating. After waiting maybe 40 minutes or so already, someone called me up to tell me she needed more paperwork filled out. I told her I couldn’t write. She told me I basically had to do it, so I pulled the clipboard from her because I was losing my patience, was in pain and had already been waiting a long time. She pulled it back toward her and continued to explain everything I needed to fill out. Horrible individual with zero customer service skills. I was basically in tears by this point because conflict was the last thing I could handle. Sorry for the long story, but I never was called back, all new patients that came in were seen before me, and after 90 minutes plus with no stat X-ray, I left and went back to the doctor’s office. It was already past their closing hours.

Two weeks ago on a Friday at noon I went to our Heritage Urgent Care with chest pains. They took me right in, did some blood work and saw something. Called paramedics who took me to St Mary where they put two stents in to take care of two veins blocked at 90% & 99%. The cardiologist says I dodged a one percent bullet. I walked out three days later thanks to the team here at Urgent Care. Of course I love them!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Dont waste your time. The waiting rooms were dirty (used cups and throw up bags laying around) and the bathrooms were gross. There was some sort of liquid all over the floor in which they just covered with puppy pads. I spent over 2 hours there and they literally couldn't give me any clue as to why I could be having the symptoms I was having. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Each time here I have the best experience I've ever at an urgent care facility. Very professional and very short wait. I had to keep going back to check the condition of my staph infection, each time there they were absolutely excellent addressing what my infection needed to get it healed properly. I wish normal doctors offices operated more like this urgent care operates!
Feedback:
I was in desperate need of care and Heritage was close by. Everyone here is very kind and thorough...the receptionists, the nurses, technicians and doctors. I requested to be seen by a doctor and was seen by Dr. Katan Patel. He was very knowledgable and took time to listen to my concerns. I received the care I needed and am very grateful.

I loved this Urgent Cate it's clean, new, fresh, Huge thanks to the Dr. Reddy's, nurses and staff, the service it's great! Lets take in consideration that every day it's different, some times you can see that they have lots of walks in and if they have to take x-rays, ultrasounds or any different kinds if test is going to take time to get the results and treatment. It's just my point of view.

We have been with Herritage for atleast 15 years. This morning we took our 11 year old son suffering from asthma and they told us he could not be seen because they don't have a Doctor that can treat kids under 14😡 I am livid why would you not have someone who treats children under 14 on hand especially when there is so many sicknesses going around. Now we are headed to the ER and now have to pay $100 instead of our $15 copay. I am very disappointed in Herritage Urgent Care for not be properly staffed. I will be making a HUGE complaint with Herritage!!!
Feedback:
This place is not good. My wife brought my son in to be checked he had a cough and mild feaver. They were there all day I get a call on my way home from work from my wife and she is in tears because they are threataning to call cps cops all the fun stuff and would not let her leave. I show up they threaten me on the phone and in person. I am not a doctor but my son appears fine just in shock from the experience they they have been put thruogh. The fire department show up because they called fire and police fire took his vitals and he was just fine and had slight feaver. They canceled the police and we went home. Be warned there is something not right at this place if they are threataning their patients. One other thing as soon as they found out what kind of medical coverage we had thay all of the sudden wanted to do all kinds of different things......seems strange.

Mixed emotions:The wait was long, but that seems to be the norm anywhere in the High Desert. The front desk staff could use a class in professionalism, that is for sure! The nurse Brenda and PA Tony were great. They are under construction so the make shift triage area sure didn't give you ANY privacy to answer questions. Little uncomfy. All in all it was pretty OK. I do have to go back however.
Feedback:
I have to drag my sister to the urgent care when she is really sick. She waits to go to the doctors until she can barely function which is really scary. Every time we go, they get her in in less than 30 minutes no matter how crowded it is since they take you in according to how urgent your case is. Then when we get in a room, the doctors are very thorough. Each time she gets the medication she needs plus any other treatment such as a breathing treatment or x-ray. they are very caring and tell her to come back in x amount of days if she hasn't improved. She was extremely ill last summer and they treated her with two IV's and a bunch of medication which kept her out of the hospital. They had her come back at least 5 times until she was completely well. I wish that i had this urgent care. I would recommend it to anyone.
