Feedback:

One of the main concern is that the emergency room stuff doesn't follow through with the sign in registration, when you sign in it will ask you which pharmacy would you like to use. But notice that they don't put this information in there systems. Once my child (sleeping in my arms with fever) is discharged and walking to my car (which was across the street)and put my child in and looked at the discharge papers and they sent meds to a different pharmacy, I called and waited patiently and told me that they couldn't change it and I would have to go 10 miles away from my home to meds. So like an angry mother parked in front of the ER and told them that why ask at the beginning of the registration which pharmacy I would like and then not follow through. The stuff don't take there jobs seriously. It's disappointing that once they see my face in front of there desk , it was perfectly possible.
