Despite the negative reviews and concerns me and my family gave this hospital a try being that we’ve just moved locally and this hospital is convenient for us , Only reason I give this hospital a negative is because the 2 Security Guards one whom He has short length braids and other whom She has braids, we watched as they laughed joked and talked recklessly about a nearby patient. Sad and very pathetic I’m sure if we over heard so did that patient, very unacceptable my Familly and I have yet to return to this hospital !

My mother went in to the emergency room for chest pains, was put into the fast get them out of here side. Her blood pressure was 201/105. They gave her meds to try and get it down while cycling people with the flu right next to her. After 4hours she was admitted to the hospital but no rooms were still available so she had to stay in the emergency department overnight, night one, day2 still no room for her. Doctor said she could be discharged but one test was abnormal still no foom. Three days and no room then they let her go. GGO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

I hate writing reviews but this place deserves to be recognized especially the L&D department. I had my second daughter Jan 20th. I decided to come to VVGMC because I had a horrible experience giving birth at St Marys with my first child a complete nightmare! the L&D nurses are monsters. I had to pre-register 72 hours before since I was scheduled for a C-section Monday morning. The moment I walked in the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and courteous MaryLou In PAT was absolutely great. The day of my surgery everyone from the OB tech to my pre-op nurse, the circulators, recovery nurses treated me extremely well I couldn’t be happier. BUT the L&D nurses were something else they treated me like royalty I absolutely fell in love with them all!!!I remember all they’re names and I hope by mentioning them they get a gold award or some sort of recognition. Sandi was my morning shift nurse for 2 days and she holds a special place in my heart for the rest of my life. I will never forget her care towards me in my most painful moments she was there comforting me the whole way. Liz, Rose and Charley you are all absolutely amazing I wish there was a way I could pay you guys back for making my stay an unforgettable one. You all played a big role and contributed to my happiness on one of the most happiest moments of my life. Thank you for everything I pray all your good actions and beautiful hearts stay blessed.

Came For A Laceration And Contusion Xrays Were Done Blood Was Drawn And I Was Told To Sit In Waiting Room Just To Wait For Nothing Nurses "Claimed" I Was Called 3x But The Name "Shakira" Will Ring Anyone's Bell. Heard The Name "Darla" About 20 Times Though I'm Sure She Had Been In The Waiting Room For 2 Days They're Overcrowded Dont Care And Will Leave You In A Hall Way On A Stretcher God Bless The Severely Hurt Patients And Soon To Be YOUR LIFES NOT PROMISED GO TO ST. MARYS RESEARCH CENTER THEY CARE And You'll Also Avoid Unnecessary Attitudes Dispite Your Injury Thanks For Nothing And The Attitudes RNs!

Beware this hospital is gross isn't clean .....lenghty waiting time ....staff is rude their casual wear makes it look so unprofessional.....this hospital has seen many financial issues in the 27 yrs I've lived here......very unprofessional atomosphere exists here.......homeless people sleeping across the chairs .....trash every where........great place to get marsa

Terrible! Waited 6 hours in an empty ER because there was NO DOCTOR! Then, when doctor finally came in, DID NOT even examine me or give X-ray...just gave me pills & a shot. I’m back at the ER less than 12 hours later with excruciating pain that is worse than before and loss of mobility. This hospital just passes out pills to collect insurance money.

One of the main concern is that the emergency room stuff doesn't follow through with the sign in registration, when you sign in it will ask you which pharmacy would you like to use. But notice that they don't put this information in there systems. Once my child (sleeping in my arms with fever) is discharged and walking to my car (which was across the street)and put my child in and looked at the discharge papers and they sent meds to a different pharmacy, I called and waited patiently and told me that they couldn't change it and I would have to go 10 miles away from my home to meds. So like an angry mother parked in front of the ER and told them that why ask at the beginning of the registration which pharmacy I would like and then not follow through. The stuff don't take there jobs seriously. It's disappointing that once they see my face in front of there desk , it was perfectly possible.

Our mother was admitted to Victor Valley Global Medical center. I was amazed and happy with the genuine concern of the medical staff who provided care to our mother in the emergency room, further the staff in the emergency supported our decision and ensured that only individuals approved could visit our mother for safety purposes. Although the emergency and waiting rooms were extremely busy, I observed the medical staffs diligence in providing care to numerous people coming in for medical treatment. Our mother was ultimately admitted to the hospital during which time Dr's Ganesh,Dr Ohiaeri,Dr Zhang ,Dr Bhagat and Dr R Grover attended our mother with the best medical service I’ve experienced with civilian hospital. Having come to the hospital from Texas to be with our mother I stayed the night in the hospital during which time our mother was provided with great care by the follow Nurse's on the Medical floor Joanna,Gynn,Gypsy,Cindy,Charge nurse Wendy,c Cna's . I would like to thank Gypsy who demonstrated concern for my comfort and provided me with a fold out bed sheet and blanket so that I could be with my mother. Being a veteran, all my medical service through military/veteran treatment facilities as I have little trust with civilian hospitals. However, our medical doctors and nurses at Victor Valley Global Medical Center demonstrated diligence, genuine empathy, personal service, support, and care for our mother. Our Victor valley global medical center’s doctors. Nurses and unit secretaries are the best I’ve ever seen. Also I would like to thank Vivian for expediting the process for our mother’s admittance to the hospital. As she new exactly what needed to be done. If you are ever in a medical crisis I highly recommend Victor Valley Global Medical Center, for awesome medical service and care. Thank you to the Victor Valley Global Medical center...Dr's Ganesh,Dr Ohiaeri,Dr Zhang ,Dr Bhagat and Dr R Grover.... My wife and I recently had our first child at VVGMC. The staff went above and beyond to help as much as possible to make sure we were comfortable and felt at ease. Being first time parents we really didn’t know what to expect, and were incredibly nervous, but the staff provided so much information and assistance that it made the entire process much easier. Everyone from the doctors to the facilities staff went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable being there. Having any sort of medical procedure or emergency can be a very stressful and traumatic experience but every aspect of VVGMC does it’s best to minimize those while providing the best quality medical care available.

I highly recommend Victor Valley Global Center for your labor and delivery needs. I had an emergency c section here and am so happy with the service and care I received. The staff in the L&D department was so kind and attentive. Everyone was very knowledgeable, from the obgyns- Dr. Melanie Arora and Dr. Vijay Arora to all of the O.R. Staff, and all of the nursing staff in the post partum recovery unit! Dr. Melanie Arora and Dr. Vijay Arora performed my emergent c section. They thoroughly explained the procedure to me beforehand and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout. They checked in on me after and answered all questions I had. They really care about their patients and want their patients to be happy and healthy. I am so thankful I was able to have them deliver my beautiful baby girl! I want the Arora doctors to deliver all of my babies! I recommend all my friends to come here!The OR staff made me feel extremely comfortable and confident going into my procedure. It’s such a scary experience yet they were able to keep me calm and I thank them for that. They know how to deal with high stress situations calmly and for that I am greatful.The nursing staff and nursing supervisors went beyond my expectations and helped me tremendously post procedure. They answered all of my questions- and as a first time mom believe me I had a lot of questions. They made me feel safe and that my baby was in great hands. I would love to deliver here again with this team. I would like to thank the entire staff however I can’t recall everyone’s names as there was a large team however I do remember some and I would like to commend them: Dr. Melanie Arora obgyn, Dr. Vijay Arora obgyn, Valerie, Jazzmin, Angelica, Jessie in L& D. Nadia, Rose, Rufina in postpartum, Gemma and Dr. Rabi anasthesiologist in the OR, just to name a few. Victor Valley Global Medical Center has Knowledgeable physicians,nursing supervisors, RNs, CNAs, and LVNs that really care and make you feel like part of their family- I highly recommend them to anyone!
