Our mother was admitted to Victor Valley Global Medical center. I was amazed and happy with the genuine concern of the medical staff who provided care to our mother in the emergency room, further the staff in the emergency supported our decision and ensured that only individuals approved could visit our mother for safety purposes. Although the emergency and waiting rooms were extremely busy, I observed the medical staffs diligence in providing care to numerous people coming in for medical treatment. Our mother was ultimately admitted to the hospital during which time Dr's Ganesh,Dr Ohiaeri,Dr Zhang ,Dr Bhagat and Dr R Grover attended our mother with the best medical service I’ve experienced with civilian hospital. Having come to the hospital from Texas to be with our mother I stayed the night in the hospital during which time our mother was provided with great care by the follow Nurse's on the Medical floor Joanna,Gynn,Gypsy,Cindy,Charge nurse Wendy,c Cna's . I would like to thank Gypsy who demonstrated concern for my comfort and provided me with a fold out bed sheet and blanket so that I could be with my mother. Being a veteran, all my medical service through military/veteran treatment facilities as I have little trust with civilian hospitals. However, our medical doctors and nurses at Victor Valley Global Medical Center demonstrated diligence, genuine empathy, personal service, support, and care for our mother. Our Victor valley global medical center’s doctors. Nurses and unit secretaries are the best I’ve ever seen. Also I would like to thank Vivian for expediting the process for our mother’s admittance to the hospital. As she new exactly what needed to be done. If you are ever in a medical crisis I highly recommend Victor Valley Global Medical Center, for awesome medical service and care.
