Feedback:

I highly recommend Victor Valley Global Center for your labor and delivery needs. I had an emergency c section here and am so happy with the service and care I received. The staff in the L&D department was so kind and attentive. Everyone was very knowledgeable, from the obgyns- Dr. Melanie Arora and Dr. Vijay Arora to all of the O.R. Staff, and all of the nursing staff in the post partum recovery unit! Dr. Melanie Arora and Dr. Vijay Arora performed my emergent c section. They thoroughly explained the procedure to me beforehand and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout. They checked in on me after and answered all questions I had. They really care about their patients and want their patients to be happy and healthy. I am so thankful I was able to have them deliver my beautiful baby girl! I want the Arora doctors to deliver all of my babies! I recommend all my friends to come here!The OR staff made me feel extremely comfortable and confident going into my procedure. It’s such a scary experience yet they were able to keep me calm and I thank them for that. They know how to deal with high stress situations calmly and for that I am greatful.The nursing staff and nursing supervisors went beyond my expectations and helped me tremendously post procedure. They answered all of my questions- and as a first time mom believe me I had a lot of questions. They made me feel safe and that my baby was in great hands. I would love to deliver here again with this team. I would like to thank the entire staff however I can’t recall everyone’s names as there was a large team however I do remember some and I would like to commend them: Dr. Melanie Arora obgyn, Dr. Vijay Arora obgyn, Valerie, Jazzmin, Angelica, Jessie in L& D. Nadia, Rose, Rufina in postpartum, Gemma and Dr. Rabi anasthesiologist in the OR, just to name a few. Victor Valley Global Medical Center has Knowledgeable physicians,nursing supervisors, RNs, CNAs, and LVNs that really care and make you feel like part of their family- I highly recommend them to anyone!
