Overall Feedback:
Waiting over 2 hrs when sent by our doctor to be admitted. Then when initially seen questioned several times as to why we are here. They didn't even bother to read our doctors notes in the system. Totally lack of empathy and sence of emergency. Should have come by ambulance.
