Waiting over 2 hrs when sent by our doctor to be admitted. Then when initially seen questioned several times as to why we are here. They didn't even bother to read our doctors notes in the system. To... more

Waiting over 2 hrs when sent by our doctor to be admitted. Then when initially seen questioned several times as to why we are here. They didn't even bother to read our doctors notes in the system. Totally lack of empathy and sence of emergency. Should have come by ambulance.

A HUGE AND VERY HEART FELT THANK YOU TO DR GROSEN, DR MCNIVENS, FOR THE SURGICAL MASTERY YOU PREFORMED ON MY WIFE, YOU SAVED OUR FAMILY AND MY BEST FRIEND! THANK YOU MIA, KRYSTAL, ALISON, SHANDEL, AND ALL THE GIRLS ON SOUTH 5 FOR ALL THE MINUTE TO MINUTE CONSTANT CARE AND COMPASSION YOU GAVE NOT ONLY MY WIFE, BUT OUR DAUGHTER AND MYSELF AS WELL. AND THANK YOU TO THE KITCHEN STAFF FOR KEEPING THE TURKEY SANDWHICHES FLYING, (INSIDE JOKE), WE LOVE YA ALL.
