I was helped by Stephanie Arora from Caliva. I buy AiroPro Products and the website had a limited selection. Stephanie helped me with processing issues and then she was very nice to tell me that they had a bigger selection and their website was being worked on. She helped me swapping my product for a better one that was not available yet. Amazing costumer support :)

I’ve only ever ordered delivery from them, so this is strictly based off those experiences. The tax on their products is OUTRAGEOUS. 2 carts and an eight of flower was going to be $179!! That’s INSANE. I went to another business and they are delivering all the same items I wanted from Calvia for $70 cheaper. Also the delivery times have never been accurate or shown up in a timely manner. Always takes 3-5 hours Or more, which I have never experienced at any other dispensary anywhere. Drivers are always nice and professional, but seem to be very confused when having to deal with the Paytender app that you’re required to pay through if you don’t have cash....

This used to be my go to place, however suddenly they can’t speak to you on the phone and their website does not allow you to choose pickup or delivery after you start shopping. Their prices have only gotten higher and I reluctantly gave all my banking information to one of their payment platforms that they dropped 2 weeks later. Now to order they want me to sign up with another new one. No thanks, that’s a good way to get your identity stolen.

Excellent service and reliability! I've made a couple of purchases from Caliva and I've found their online portal to be extremely easy to navigate and purchase the products I need. Considering they are located almost an hour away from me, I'm surprised that all of my orders have come within an hour of purchase, their real-time tracking is spot on, their prices are great and the products themselves are fantastic. I'd highly recommend Caliva to anyone looking for delivery service of cannabis (no pun intended)

I assure you that I put it in a place where no one could have taken it. THEN, I scheduled a delivery and received an email confirmation of arrival. The driver.....just never arrived. I have tried calling, submitting 2 emails to customer service and yet....nothing. no response after 3 days. If you want your items to be stolen, your driver never to arrive, and a company who never responds, then I fully suggest you shop here. Don't be fooled by their shiny veneer. Terrible customer service (none). This place is the WORST!!!

Don't try and get delivery during this pandemic. I ordered as soon as they opened. Five hours later and I'm still waiting. In the email it said up to two hour delivery time. I understand that it's a busy time... but give me a realistic delivery time! I could have ordered from Eaze and had what I needed in an hour but I decided to try here instead. Also, if I go in to the store and stand in line, I get the up sale every time. I know what I want and I Hate Hate Hate up selling!

Ordered online on Sunday using a 25% off promo. 5 x 1:1 Care by Design Sublingual drops. Was told it would be delivered on Monday. Never showed up. Asked what happened, was told I would get within the hour. Nothing. Engaged again Tues. Was told they were running behind 3-5 days due to regulations. I asked if I could go pick this up. Sure. You just need to reorder. Of course, no discount. Asked if they could honor the discount, they said they would deliver today, Wed. Once again, no email, no text, no delivery. My advice, find somewhere else to get your stuff. These guys are totally disorganized.

Amazing company!love the product ! And I can not say enough about the people who are involved in every aspect of my personal experience. Caliva in my opinion sets a standard in the industry. Again I give a mad shout out to the Brisbane location and the drivers ! Thanks for being so helpful and friendly. Bottom line, amazing product for great prices.

I order delivery and everytime the drivers are awesome! I always ssf get what I've ordered and no problems. These people are working very hard to make sure they get their customers what they need and when they need it. These are scary times for everyone and I think it is incredible how the delivery drivers get out there and do their jobs and still maintain a great attitude. My driver was Jesus this time and he came right to my door. I appreciated that, especially being a senior and the considering the situation we are in. Thanks again Jesus!🙋♀️👍

First time. It was great price for the flower. And it was good for the price. I got a quarter of dread og...for 36 on sale. Nice. Also an eighth of Alien...I am old...did this before...I put it down.it was that good. I was pain free.. I piicked it up later. Good for pain. Made me feel good. I would recommend this place. It was all good. I got pink panties...a gram. Excellent.
