Caliva. This place looks shiny and does have helpful staff. HOWEVER. I've had 2 terrible experiences with this place. The second time I went in when I came home there was only 1 of the 2 items in my bag. Unfortunately, I did not check until after a week later. I assure you that I put it in a place where no one could have taken it. THEN, I scheduled a delivery and received an email confirmation of arrival. The driver.....just never arrived. I have tried calling, submitting 2 emails to customer service and yet....nothing. no response after 3 days. If you want your items to be stolen, your driver never to arrive, and a company who never responds, then I fully suggest you shop here. Don't be fooled by their shiny veneer. Terrible customer service (none). This place is the WORST!!!
