I had left a not so pleasing review prior to this , but after careful consideration & reflection it’s vivid that you should commend quality. Efficient facility from what had been viewed from prior experience , nice layout , security guard is observant. Staff was eager to assist and informative with product specified statistics. Uncomfortable circumstance with ( management ) though or who ever the irrational staff members who had been at the entrance had been. Who knows they’ve may had mistaken me for a catfish.
Feedback:
Only went there if I couldn't get my cannabis from other viable options. Pretty long lines for no reason even in the middle of winter. When go inside the self ordering computers are useless ,no categorization of products and not connected to their active inventory, so list of products there is different than the floor mostly. Also then you have to wait until someone comes to you to take the order and many of them are spending hours talking to costumers without acknowledging others waiting. I understand people want to learn but when 50 people are freezing outside it's not the time, ask them wait ,give them a brochure to read, handle other costumers ready to order, then go back to that costumer. Staff are friendly sometimes but there's no structure. You see some staff are doing more work while others seems hanging out and not worrying about keep the lines moving and be active to help with flow
Feedback:
I've been using Cannabis for over 15 years.NOVA is the first retail store that I've purchased anything from, and due to the convenience of it I thought it would be my new main source, but there is a weird vibe going through that place....There are a few sales staff that know their strains and are there to help, this was my first experience and it was great. But my second and third I felt like they were just trying to sell me something and I was taking up to much of their time, and the cashier carried on a conversation and ignored me as I was asking him questions. This was last Tuesday around noon.I left with two 3.5 grams of overpriced strains and I'll never go back.Found out today that OCS.ca now has same day delivery and their stock is much better, $140 ounces and no awkward cashier experience.Good Luck, NOVA.
Feedback:
i bought a bag of cannabis (afghan kush 3.5g) at NOVA a few days ago and I opened it after I got home that night, only to find it completely empty. not even a crumb. I called the store to see what they could do about the situation, and they refused to issue me a refund or reimburse me in any way for selling me a faulty product. The lady I was speaking with on the phone also spoke to me quite rudely. I would suggest that you take your business elsewhere if you expect any level of customer service.

So far so good, kind of the set up of a cannabis store that I used to dream about. The selection is pretty good, the prices are excellent for the middle of the pack strength THC flower. I find any good marijuana these days with high THC levels is over priced and it doesn’t change here. But very friendly staff and very reasonable prices given the market. Love going to the store. Love contributing to the future. One problem for me is the quantities of selection. I usually like to fill my max legal weight when I go, so I don’t have to drive to the store everyday. I find the selection of ounces limited. Other then that great store.
Feedback:
Staff are friendly and very helpful. Pricing seems reasonable. The store is bright and clean. There is security at the store. Be sure to bring ID to prove your age. It's rare to visit a store that has only one product. Even Apple has several versions plus accessories, right? But it seems to be working. It's important to know the staff can give advice, but you do have to experiment to find the right dosage for your purpose. Staff recommends starting small and working your way up slowly.
Feedback:
Bought 3.5g from Edison that was packaged a year ago. Totally dry (despite the humidity-packet), crumbled like breadcrumbs between my fingers. If you buy here, check the date before payment. Don't let them rip you off.Apart from that, friendly staff, courteous security, nice ticket process.
Feedback:
Employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. When asked about what terpenes are in a certain strain, i was advised to Google the terpene profile of the strain i was curious about. Some employees are great but theres a good handful that have absolutely no clue. Maybe try hiring people that know a few things about weed, instead of just people with a sales background? Just a thought.
Feedback:
Cant smell the weed I'm buying, IIt always comes back home dry and crumbling in my hands and weak. I dont know what they're selling or what health regulations are even at play, but I started smoking their blueberry something or other and I immediately got lung irritation and signs of some fungal marijuana-leaf related illness. Its been a month and it hasn't gotten better. Smoked for years without complications and this weed just knocked my lungs out. Buyer beware nobody knows what's in these and what they're selling. (It was originally a pre-roll that I disassembled because I wasnt going to smoke the whole thing. The weed was very sand-like, very dry and was weird in general.)
Feedback:
Decent selection, has most accessories you might want or need to help you burn bud. Their order process is fast and convenient, which is great considering how busy it gets (not in their control). The staff is friendly and helps you get you what you want quickly, which helps move said line quickly. The honey bee store could learn a thing or two from this operation.
