Employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. When asked about what terpenes are in a certain strain, i was advised to Google the terpene profile of the strain i was curious about. Some employees are great but theres a good handful that have absolutely no clue. Maybe try hiring people that know a few things about weed, instead of just people with a sales background? Just a thought.
