I really want to give this place a 5-star review. For the first two months they were a five-star company. But over the past four weeks it is all going downhill. Outrageous lines you do not receive your points unless you keep the receipt that they stapled to the bag that you have to rip up to get to your weed. They text you and tell you your order is ready then when you get there tell you sorry we meant to text you to tell you we were sold out. And I get the famous line every time I walk through the door we got your name we got you next time and then next time you feed us the same line about we're sorry will fix it next time. And at this point giving customers the sob story of being understaffed an overworked is not an excuse plenty of people are looking for work if you need more employees hire more employees the customers shouldn't have to suffer. And at the very least when you tell someone will fix it and take care of it next time honor your word don't keep feeding me the same line every 2 or 3 days.
