I really want to give this place a 5-star review. For the first two months they were a five-star company. But over the past four weeks it is all going downhill. Outrageous lines you do not receive your points unless you keep the receipt that they stapled to the bag that you have to rip up to get to your weed. They text you and tell you your order is ready then when you get there tell you sorry we meant to text you to tell you we were sold out. And I get the famous line every time I walk through the door we got your name we got you next time and then next time you feed us the same line about we're sorry will fix it next time. And at this point giving customers the sob story of being understaffed an overworked is not an excuse plenty of people are looking for work if you need more employees hire more employees the customers shouldn't have to suffer. And at the very least when you tell someone will fix it and take care of it next time honor your word don't keep feeding me the same line every 2 or 3 days.

Love their rewards program. They have great flower. Usually 3 different levels of quality and at least 2 of each level. They usually have about 3 strains always available that never change and the rest are a variety. Excellent customer service and great prices. This is a great dispensary and its location is very convenient.If you want a great local dispensary with great peeps and buds this is the place.

Highly recommend this dispensary. Have been coming here for a while now and the flower quality is like no other at this dispensary, a lot of dispensaries have lots of stems and seeds and what I appreciate about Wellness is that their flower is affordable and high quality. The customer service is also very appreciated, all employees always have a smile on their face regardless how busy or what's going on. I always come back and will continue to suggest it to my friends.

Stopped by today for the first time in a while. It was good to see the familiar helpful faces of the friendly staff. Like visiting family you haven't seen for awhile! While I know I've never been a complex customer(two grams of whatever shatter) They always suggest getting different types for the variety and tend to give helpful recommendations! Thanks again for producing such a phenomenal staff!

Great Place and great people. I understand the covid-19 crisis has put stress on us all so I try to be understanding. But the last few times I feel I have been treated poorly by one of the mangers. if you order online you still have to wait in line for people who haven't yet so there is no reason too. It feels disorganized and the process is slow. Also waiting outside while you and others have cash it does not seem safe for anyone involved. It does not appear to have security cameras watching the outside or anything. Thanks for staying open and pushing through.

I have been coming here for the past couple weeks and during this pandemic they had posted on their site that it was online orders only, well I have never had to put in an online order and today I go to pick up again and I was told by their manager and an employee very rudely that I would have to put in an order while I'm standing in front of them. I buy at least 8 g of concentrate from them daily, past tense now. I think customer service is one of the most important things and I can't bash on their product even though they only have 2 different types of concentrate to select from, but their customer service is what I am disappointed with on this last trip. Everybody up until now has been extremely helpful until today meeting the manager and his front desk associate that I had never seen before. In addition, I've been getting a 8/80 deal all week and today without all of the employees being on the same page, they took that deal away. So I drove all the way from Rino to be told rudley that this is no longer the case. I had just been there the day before and was told it would be a few days at least before the deal went away. Communication is key. To your employees and customers. I usually don't leave reviews but if you had the rude interaction I had you would too. Hope you find a way to be consistent going forward and try and see from a customers point of view instead of thinking people will go along with whatever you decide is policy for that day. Obviously the manager hasn't collaborated with his people.

I live about 20 minutes away from this dispensary. I pass at least 4 on my way to wellness, but I can't help it. The way the employees make you feel here is incredible. When they ask you how you're doing, they truly want to know. But beyond that, they actually remember what you say to them. I'm blown away by their customer service. The prices are great too. They got rid of their rewards program, but I'm hoping itll be back after the renovation. Try them out you wont regret it!

This place is kind of tucked away, but right behind the amf bowling alley. They have great deals. Once you walk in the service even with a long line is typically pretty quick. The people working are always super friendly and happy to help you with any questions you may have. Great lighting so you can see what you getting. They consistently have pretty awesome daily deals and their happy hour is legit. They do close kind of early so make sure you check what time they close that day. Also once you shop there, they will send you alerts as to daily specials they are running!

It's my #1 go to dispensary in Denver Colorado and of all the years I have lived here they have the most friendliest and reliable and awesome staff around I've been shopping there for a little over 2 years and they have always been the best and have had the best products and prices. You wont ever be disappointed when you leave here! 😊😃

HANDS DOWN, Absolutely the best place to get your medicinal herbs! Super friendly and fast service; the crew remembers you. You won’t wait any more than 5-10 minutes! Always fresh buds and they hook it up with the big nugs, if available. I used to live 200 feet from this dispensary and now I travel every week from Westminster for their prices! BEST PRICES IN TOWN and I’ve been to kind love, emerald Fields, smoking gun, etc..
