Feedback:

To book an appointment you have to go online and choose a therapist and a time slot. After doing that I went I. To the clinic for my appointment. After waiting a bit I was told the lady I’d chosen wasn’t coming in today. So I had to wait an hour and a bit to see the only person that was working there that day. I was very disappointed as the receptionist didn’t communicate at all what was going on! I considered getting up and leaving but I waited. The service was good once I finally arrived at the session.
