To book an appointment you have to go online and choose a therapist and a time slot. After doing that I went I. To the clinic for my appointment. After waiting a bit I was told the lady I’d chosen wasn’t coming in today. So I had to wait an hour and a bit to see the only person that was working there that day. I was very disappointed as the receptionist didn’t communicate at all what was going on! I considered getting up and leaving but I waited. The service was good once I finally arrived at the session.

Misleading Web PricesNeeded a work physical. Website states $65. Called to confirm price. Arrived in person and was told that since I did not have a form from an employer that the price would be $99. I thought they could whip up a simple one page letter stating that I was in good physical health and able to carry out the physical duties required of me for my profession. I guess that's possible....but the price goes up. I went to an urgent care in Reseda instead where I had a physical done for HALF the price with no strings attached.

For unforseen reasons I brought my two and a half year old here rather than our pediatrician. She had had an ongoing cold for over two weeks and I wanted to rule out infections ie. pneumonia, ear, sinus...not that I thought she had any just that this cold and congestion were lasting so long and many adults around us were receiving such diagnosis. A precautionary visit. I called ahead and was aware the PA was on staff not the doctor. I was okay with this as I typically am satisfied with the quality of care I've received from PAs. I should mention ahead of this that I've used the restroom here before when I was pregnant and took yoga nextdoor. The studio had closed and locked up and they were so kind as to allow me in. I found the location to be clean and friendly. I've referred many friends here based on that experience over the last two years. My mistake. The quality of care we received up to the PA was thoughtful and kind although the facility needs some basic repairs at this point. Not as clean nor kempt ie. broken trash bin in the restroom requiring one to touch it to open the lid, broken hot water dispenser, waiting room chairs a bit worn. Back to the PA. She literally spent less than three minutes with us and hardly looked at nor touch my child. Again, my little was under the weather and a bit cranky but with the slightest patience and skill one would have been able to check her out thoroughly. The diagnosis was an outer ear infection like swimmers ear even though we haven't been swimming this winter and upon looking in her ear there were the beginnings of fluid drainage which isn't comsistent with outer ear infections. She prescribed a brand name script for antibiotic ear drops and left. I'll also mention intuitively I felt she disagreed with a personal belief and choice of mine for my child and at that point provided subpar attention and treatment to us. I can't stress enough how little attention she paid us. The office had one other patient in another room being treated for injectables as I could hear the convo as we waited. All that to say I think that's what this Urgent Care is in the business of...not so much medical care for the ill. After a $99 visit and $400 ear drops the ear infection persisted and worsened. We were able to see our pediatrician who was very thoughtful, attentive and skilled and couldn't wrap his head around the diagnosis we were given. Definitely an ear infection but not of the outer ear, not due to swimming or water, and not responsive to ear drops. Needless to say I will not be returning nor referring. Note to PA on staff...if a child cringes when you want to look in their ears ahow them how you use your otoscope to look in mommy's ears first. And smile and try a patient kindness and attention.

Amazing Doctor!! Very knowledgeable, asks the right questions and never seems to be in a rush to get you out of her office. That is why I will always go back. I can't remember the Doctors name but she is very friendly and I wish she could be my primary care Doctor.....I wish she could.....or could she.....I'll have to ask. I have visited this office 3 times now. 1st visit- last year with my 18 year old and went to the free follow up visit. 2nd visit- I was sick but didn't need the free follow-up. 3rd visit - My 21 yr old went in last week and is returning for her lab results and free follow up appointment. This is the best walk in clinic I have ever been too. The Doctor also gave my 21 yr old different options for labs according to her budget. I don't write many reviews but this clinic and Doctor deserve a great review! Thank you Doc!!

I go here because I’m having heart palpitations. I tell the doctor that I have to go to New York for 10 days after she tells me there is a free follow up. She says there should be absolutely no worries and she will put it in the notes that I will be gone for two weeks so I can have the free follow up when I come back. I called to have the free follow up and the guy that answers the phone says there’s no way I can have a free follow up if it’s after a week. I tell him the doctor said she would put it in the notes that I was fine, he says “yeah I see in the notes that she put you would be gone for two weeks but it doesn’t say anything about a free follow up and even if it did she doesn’t have the authority to do that. Let me talk to the owner and I will get back to you.” He never called me back and it’s been 3 days. So basically the doctor tells me I’m fine for a free follow up in 2 weeks but then I’m told I’m not good for a free follow up when I call to set it up and they don’t even call me back to tell me when they say they will. So 2 people there SAID one thing but didn’t actually do it.

Went here a couple weeks ago when I had a bad cold, The clinic itself is very clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly.I had a very short wait time and I was able to get my prescribed antibiotics right there at the clinic, Hanna was very knowledgable and made me feel better right away.I also love that they do vitamin b12 shots, I will definitely be going back to get more of those.

I have been here 3 times, 2 of which I was able to see the doctor (I believe she is the owner). She is outstanding--knowledgeable, caring, and kind. There has never been a long wait (maybe it is an unknown gem), and the facility is immaculate. The nurses are all kind and helpful as well. Although it is pricy to not have insurance, this clinic is worth paying if you need medical care. I'd especially recommend trying to go in when the primary doctor is there, if possible.

(Translated by Google) Although the older brother was unfriendly (laughs), Hannah-sensei has a calm and bright atmosphere. The kind and polite explanation of the interview and diagnosis is easy to understand ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Correct conversation is only in English.I was given the option to deal with it, and thanks to the overseas travel insurance, I got an injection and an antipyretic drug with confidence and returned home to the hotel.I was told that if there was a mistake in the diagnosis, the return visit would be free.

What a pleasant surprise. I was in town from New York and developed bronchitis and needed to see someone for my cough. I wasn't expecting much but everything about my experience with Westside was fantastic. The building is new and clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. I couldn't recommend this clinic more. Now, if I ever have an urgent health problem in Los Angeles, I know exactly where to go.
