A wonderful experience with great people to help out while in the store. Super friendly and courteous staff especially Robert ( Bob), Nick and Rocky. Parking available at the Waters Edge golf course parking lot, at 115th and Harlem. Preordering online is the fastest , and most efficient way of obtaining any of their products. Military Veterans receive a 10% discount with proper DD214. Each time I visit the Worth store the more I am impressed by how they take care of their customers. Thanks to everyone at Windy City Worth

Have had a good experience at the Justice location and go there usually but the Worth location was the only one who had the flavors of vapes that I was looking for. Only negative aspect of the Worth location is the parking. With business all around that have tow away signs and police orders up and down every block, it's hard to find decent/close parking. Had to park over a block away.

Windy City Cannabis (Worth) use to be amazing. It was among my most favorite places to go. However, ever since recreational came into play.....this dispensary has done nothing but gone downhill. The menu is absolutely limited to, sometimes, one or two types of Flower. They are pushing online orders, because of Covid19, but there menu has nothing on it. I went in one time recently and was presented with a menu that showed a very limited stock. I started asking if they could check in the back and see if they had any other types of flower. The budtender was extremely kind and checked for me. There was other types of flower in stock. I have been checking for the past week and there is literally only two types of flower on the menu, and it is CBD flower, barely any THC. It is very disheartening. At this point, I think i have no choice but to return to my "pre-dispensary" Flower sources. They have more options available than the dispensary, which i find mind boggling.That said, all the Budtenders that work at WCCW are among the absolute best. They are very helpful and kind. This is in no way a knock on the budtenders or other employees. This is just a knock on the owner of this dispensary. I guess I will start looking at other dispensary's and spend my thousands there. Leave it to the State of Illinois to manage to figure out a way to mess up Marijuana.

I feel like I deserve my 30%off for my next time and 10%off and the taxes removed for my next order over 175$ ,you guys did me bogus , I had an appointment to pick up and the website is so slow I had to try so many times b4 I got it can’t believe 😨😟😐 or atleast I should get something that is is 30$ worth for free before I even shop again ...😏👌

Inventory problems. They rarely have any flower. When they do, even if you follow the steps and add it to your cart and show up at your appointment time, you are not guaranteed they will still have it. Don't know why it cant be a normalized retail experience like they do in many other states - you walk in, see the bud, buy a gram or 2. Not in IL I guess.

They knew but no one cares to let you know before you get there. Business must be too good. The employees can be inept. Bought nothing, only wasted my time.

My experience was pretty good. This was my 1st time at a dispensary. I went 1/3/20. The staff answered my questions and took their time with me. Parking was not great as I had to park a block away in a separate parking lot. Also a lot of items were sold out, which was disappointing but not surprising. My biggest problem was with the security guard. She had a bad attitude and was purposely moving slow to let people in as if she was trying to make it so few people would make it in before closing. She was also very nasty to my dad who was with me who has a disability and was out in the cold with me. And acted like she didn't want to let my dad in to use the restroom. Nor did she want to let my dad in with me even though he was purchasing for me and not himself. Everyone in line noticed how rude she was. I haven't been back because I don't want to deal with that type of nasty behavior. I wouldn't be surprised if she chased off other good customers too.

I understand there are more restrictions with Covid, but standing outside in the same spot for 30 minutes isn’t ok. There need to be better restrictions, everyone who has a scheduled pick up time anywhere from time ranges 12-1,1-2,2-3 are all outside with me and we are all barley a foot apart from each other.. I will continue to go to Homewood, they have their sh** together

I placed a pick-up order at 10am right at open and received a pick-up time of between 11-12pm. I arrived in a pick-up parking spot and was told to park across the street in the golf course parking lot. After my pick-up window passed and I wasn’t texted, I got a message that my order was denied. I walked up to ask a WCC worker and was told to place another order, so I did. After waiting For longer that order was denied and they told me to come back tomorrow. Yeah right! Why would you allow me to place an order and have me travel to your location only to deny my order after I traveled to your location have been waiting, as per your instructions? It’s a nice place, but you need to keep customers in the loop or manage your online shop better. I just wasted hours of my day here.

Have to say that I've been to multiple locations, even windy city locations, and this place has the process down pat. They get you in and out very fast as a patient. Their rec lines are managed and orderly, communication is on point! Seating is set to streamline the flow as well. Security is all nice! Great job to the manager Joey!
