Lousy inventory control and pre-order system. Ordered, got my confirmation and pick-up time. After standing on​ the street for half an hour, was told at the counter that they didn't have my item and they had a lesser product.How do you confirm an order then try to switch it at the last second. They knew but no one cares to let you know before you get there. Business must be too good. The employees can be inept. Bought nothing, only wasted my time.
