I filled out an online quote with several companies and West Coast were the only ones to reply almost immediately. One of their friendly staff called me and set my appointment up.Dimitri showed up within the time frame quoted and after a half hour my AC was fixed. I thought I was going to looking at having either my compressor replaced or even my entire unit. All that was needed was a capacitor. I appreciate a company who’s honest and doesn’t try to sell you services not needed.Dimitri was pleasant and took extra sanitary precautions with The current COVID-19 situation. Highly recommend West Coast Heating Air Conditioning and Solar.

I received multiple quotes from various HVAC companies through an online review site. West Coast had the most compeitive pricing, they were responsive to all my communication, they provided a bid remotely and ended up actually charging us that amount after they viewed the furnace in person and confirmed it was what we expected. They also arrived on time and used good technology. I would recommend them.

After quotes from two other companies, I hired them to do my install of a new system. I admit their offer of 0% financing was the clincher. Could not have gone better. Quick, done perfectly, and price fair. They even do the first follow ups in spring and fall for free. Easy company to work with. Would definitely strongly recommend.

I really appreciate West Coast Heating Air Conditioning! They did a great job installing our AC/Furnace system several years ago and have always provided stellar service. I recently had them do an annual service on our AC unit and Tony was extremely professional and answered all of my questions with honesty and not once did he try to sell me on anything I didn't need! That's greatly appreciated these days! I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable and honest AC company in San Diego!

I was really surprised how many super obvious problems and deficiencies my regular heating and a/c company never pointed out. But after a routine service, West Coast showed me all that was wrong with my systems, which explains why it never worked well.Today Alex and Vic came out and worked so hard all day, replacing ducting, plugging holes, and remounting my A/C unit. They were very professional and polite. I'm looking forward to a much more efficient system.

The service and quality of everyone on the team, from Leo at the start, to the technicians who installed, to the service over the phone for a small concern-temperature calibration of the unit was stellar. The inspection test had only 8% leakage, which is better than most per the independent inspector (15% acceptable by State standard). The independent inspector, and everyone has seen the new furnace and AC has commented about how nice the new equipment looks, and I can attest that the high efficiency system we bought is very quiet, has great airflow, and meets all our expectations. Part of our job involved replacing the attic duct-work, and I can notice that this airflow is now getting to our rooms instead of heating and cooling the attic. The team also cleaned up nicely and was careful not to damage the wooden rail in between the front door and the furnace closet upstairs. They showed up on-time and didn't quit until the job was done. Its always disappointing when you can see someone trying to finish in a hurry to get home, cutting quality; I did not see that in this job and I was very impressed with everyone from West Coast. This is the second time we've used West Coast for a large household project. We had a new HVAC system installed about 8 years ago. So when it came time to put solar on our home, West Coast was a natural go-to. We did get other quotes, but ended up with West Coast for our Solar project.The suggestions they made to provide the best for our Solar home were spot-on without just being price boosters. The crews all arrived on-time, there was no unexpected delay, changes or charges to the contract agreement. The staff in the office kept us updated as to what to expect next. It's been a pleasure dealing with this company again, and highly suggest anyone installing HVAC or Solar give this company an opportunity. They are not the cheapest, but we firmly believe that you get what you pay for and we are most pleased with our new system.

I had to do a complete rehaul of ducting, heating and air conditioning and West Coast did it promptly and with high quality. I got 4 estimates and nobody else came close to what they could deliver for the price. The SDGE inspector raved about the low 4% leakage and said 6% was excellent and he said it couldn't have been done better. Plus WC turned me on to huge rebates that no other company even mentioned. Get multiple estimates but make sure you include WC among them.

I needed to replace my home furnace do to its age and after reviewing many web sites, I called West Coast Heating and glad I did. From the estimate process to the installation, all was smooth and very professional. The new furnace installation was performed as soon as possible without delay and the installers completed the task in good time with impressive work skills. I'm very happy I chose this company and the new furnace works great. Highly recommended.
