Feedback:

The service and quality of everyone on the team, from Leo at the start, to the technicians who installed, to the service over the phone for a small concern-temperature calibration of the unit was stellar. The inspection test had only 8% leakage, which is better than most per the independent inspector (15% acceptable by State standard). The independent inspector, and everyone has seen the new furnace and AC has commented about how nice the new equipment looks, and I can attest that the high efficiency system we bought is very quiet, has great airflow, and meets all our expectations. Part of our job involved replacing the attic duct-work, and I can notice that this airflow is now getting to our rooms instead of heating and cooling the attic. The team also cleaned up nicely and was careful not to damage the wooden rail in between the front door and the furnace closet upstairs. They showed up on-time and didn't quit until the job was done. Its always disappointing when you can see someone trying to finish in a hurry to get home, cutting quality; I did not see that in this job and I was very impressed with everyone from West Coast.
