Can’t remember the guys name but he asked me to buy him a burrito and would discount the headphones I bought. Turns out it was a normal price. Also gave me false information about my new service and the credit id recieve within 3 billing cycles. Kept putting me on hold When I called about the credit and told me finally to call customer service who then told me the promotion he told me about didnt exist. Dude was just trying to get a burrito from Chipotle and I guess it worked. Trash!

My experience with AT&T on trautwein was the best- had a phone emergency, and when I walked in , explained the problem - Marco the manager introduced himself and assured me that he would handle the situation and help Fix the problems - Marco was so patient , kind and courteous- he took the stress out of a bad situation. It was a good night instead of a nightmare - Thank you Marco!

Every time I come into this store it's a long process, rude, very slow, even ask if you can leave and come back when only two customers, very poor customer service Came back today (next day) Manager (Marco) approached me apologized and made things right, he's a great people person and I will continue to do business in this store because of Marco, Thanks....

Very nice store but my experience was HORRIBLE! I switched over from sprint recently and got my phones there. I was helped by an employee that no longer works there. He was nice like the other reps but gave me a bunch of false information! After signing and paying for the taxes and all that stuff I was asked to bring in my old phones (as I was doing a trade-in) and I did. But the last phone i turned in was (according to the manager Greg) stolen by a different employee who also no longer works there. So he tells me to talk to At&t to see if they can resolve all the issues I had for me issues that his store created! The store owed me $4,000 in credits for turning in my old phones and porting over my numbers. His employees lied to me about how getting those credits worked and now I'm here 5 months later paying almost $400 for my 4 lines and fighting to get my $4,000 that they owe me! When I first brought up my concerns to Greg he said he would try to help me as much as he could but what he actually did was prolong this so that I would have no chance in getting my money or phones back and now hes avoiding me. They all seem like really great people but just be VERY careful if you choose to go to this store! I do not recommend anyone to go to this store and I wish there was more that I could do so that this did not happen to anyone else. But for now I hope this review helps someone from having this happen to them also!

The young man working here used politeness in the rudest way. I couldn't believe it. How can, "Have a Nice Day, sir!" be an insult? Try saying it with as much sarcasm as you can so that it means just the opposite- three times in the space of ten seconds as the customer is leaving the store. This young man was pompous and rude. Stay away and don't reward his childish arrogance and entitlement.
