Great staff, very friendly. I just moved to elgin and had to transfer to this location, and they made me feel at home right away. The set up was nice too. ;)

Presumptively put in for a dispensary change at 11pm before looking over the menu as Zen was closer to me. I expected a much wider variety of products from a wider variety of cultivators in their website. No need to worry, right? So I messaged the website 10 mins after explaining the situation via their contact page asking to cancel the request. I asked if there were any deals for new customers and even offered them to give me a call when they had opened. 9:39am the next day I receive an email from DPH informing me of my dispensary change. 1 Star and I will now wait the 2 days to switch back. Not even an email saying

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff & an extensive selection! I couldn't ask for more. They even have wonderful social events so that we have the opportunity to meet others that have benefited from all that they have to offer. They really care about helping their customers. Look no further.

I have been going to ZenLeaf for over a year and I still love going in every time. The staff is absolutely amazing. They truly care about the patients and make sure to always listen and help with what you need. There are always new products coming out and great specials. I recommended this dispensary to everyone I know that has a medical card!
