Presumptively put in for a dispensary change at 11pm before looking over the menu as Zen was closer to me. I expected a much wider variety of products from a wider variety of cultivators in their website. No need to worry, right? So I messaged the website 10 mins after explaining the situation via their contact page asking to cancel the request. I asked if there were any deals for new customers and even offered them to give me a call when they had opened. 9:39am the next day I receive an email from DPH informing me of my dispensary change. 1 Star and I will now wait the 2 days to switch back. Not even an email saying
