This was it for me, I've given them at least 5 chances to redeem themselves now I'm done. I'm elderly and have severe back problems. I purchase a security screen door the previous day found out I needed a kit to seal out bugs and such. I came back to get the kit and couldn't find it so I looked for an associate to help me. I found a guy 7 aisles down told him what my problem was he told me to go back 7 aisles and look for a girl that works over there that would be able to help me. There was no one there. I found another guy and told him my problem he took me back to the same spot and then took me down another aisle to another person to help me. They took me to the same aisle I originally started at and found what I was looking for behind a closed door. I was barely able to stand at this point my back was hurting so bad. I told each associate my situation with my back and they had no empathy or care whatsoever very blase about the whole situation. They have finally made it clear my business is not wanted nor needed. Congratulations Lowe's on your new customer shame on you Home Depot you don't care about your Patrons. Bottom line if you need help Stay Away From Home Depot

Although I asked for assistance in the fences department and a make associate walked right past me when I said I had a question and he totally ignored me as if I was invisible, the other staff there were so helpful and kind and i mentioned about no one came and the guy ignoring me and for on the motor cart and went up the other isle, I will not allow one individual to shape my perception about the location. It's a really good place to shop for your home needs and most of the staff there are friendly and engaging.

Over the last 8 years the employees have gotten very rude, and inconsiderate with the customers need. No one greets you or even have a friendly interaction with any customers. I have witness employees texting on their cellphones and at the same time complain about getting a break. Today I had to finally speak up and tell one of their employees to stop being rude and the worst part of this is that she doesn’t think she’s being rude or giving me attitude. What happened to the good old customers service? I hate that I have to write write a bad review But It’s been a very bad few visit here. My husband gave up a long time ago. He use to like going to Home Depot, but now hates it. And every single time we get disappointed we turn to Lowe’s. This review reflect on the company’s employees and not what the company sells or offer.

Once again, I must rate one star. I thought I'd give them another chance. Last time I wasn't able to get any help. Each time a clerk, who was walking around, told me he'd find someone... Never happened. He sure had no problems walking by me about four or five times. This time, I ordered a bbq delivery. The driver called at 9:00a.m. to tell me he had the "boxed" bbq. I explained it was to be assembled. He said he'd let the store know. I called at 5:00p.m. to check. Nope still in the box. Sorry, we'll delivery next week. No effort, or customer service, to put it together and get it to me, not even by the next day. Wait another week for our incompetence, thank you. The young lady on the phone was very polite and helpful in finding out what happened, but that was all she could do. The rest was not up to her. Well, once I get this bbq, that's it Home Depot. Lowe's is just down the road. I know you don't care about one customer, but I'm sure this is happening to others. You're just not worth the effort. UPDATE: YOU GUESSED IT, BBQ NOT ASSEMBLED OR DELIVERED. I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CHECK. TOLD IT WAS ASSEMBLED AND READY TO GO. CANCELLED ORDER AND STAYING WITH LOWE'S. WORST STORE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

I had my doors measured over a month ago for a new install and since then, Home Depot has disappeared. I paid the $50 measure fee and never heard back from anyone beyond the initial call to say the measurements are in and to come by to pick out the doors. I’ve personally visited the store 4 times and my wife went once and each time nobody can help. I get the same answer each time “well usually (fill in a name) takes care of this and they’re on vacation or not here today.” Nobody else knows how to move forward with an order. I was told they don’t take appointments. I’ve left my phone number twice with no calls back. I called corporate customer support just to ask for the measurements that I paid the $50 for and they “can’t give out that information.” It sure feels like the store stole $50 from me and has no intention of finishing the process.

I forgot my wallet when it was my turn to pay after waiting for a long time. I asked the worker if she could please hold my things at the front because the wallet was just in my car and I would be back immediately. She said sure and took my 4 items. I come back to ask if I could get those items so I can go back to the line, and it turns out she put everything back to it's original place. She just shrugged and didn't even try to be nice about it. She had no intentions on holding the items for me even though she nodded and smiled and said yes. I have no idea what her problem was or who told her it is okay to be so disrespectful but she has no business working in customer service.

Parking tight but all parking is in front of building not back or side to my right or side to my left you do the hokey pokey and you spin home Depot all around , that what is all about ,. Oops 😶. Parking is small and lots people shop there with only one thing on there minds all who walks in home Depot that is. I need this I need that should I call some one to find rite size ok Susan you go that way I'll go see if I can find help this a way.

Home Depot is always my place to get my hardware and lumber needs. Unfortunately I am a physically disabled veteran and I spent a bit of wasted time loading plywood without any help today. I finally got a couple of young veterans to help me load my truck. I was wearing my American Legion uniform which might have been a clue that I was a vet. Sorry Home Depot, I will be looking for a new place to shop.

Good place to shop has variety of items, only thing they have few people (customer service associates) that are willing to be friendly and lack knowledge of product and services. It's hard to find an associate in the store. I have visited this location and I have to wonder around to find one and when I do they are helping someone else and need to wait around awhile. Whereas other locations I am asked without having to hunt for an associate.

Here again for a new water heater😒 being a home owner this store becomes your second home. They have rheem water heaters which are the best in the buisness so at least they carry the good stuff unlike lowes. I could spend bours in here thinking of new projects for my home.
