It was an experience BUT like always if there's an issue the manager on duty handles it. I'm a rewards member (❤ wings) and I ordered BBQ and to my surprise there was no sauce. I called Ms. Anna Marie and with no question or issues, she returned my money. Mistakes happen and a GREAT company values their customers and will always make it right.Thank you and I will be having wings for dinner tomorrow night when I get to Dallas😁

I've been going to this Pizza Hut probably for about 12 plus years now and even though I I'm not in there delivering area it's on my way home so I've always got my pizza from this one because it's just better I've tried a lot of Pizza Hut and every cook is different and I just loved the cooks that they have at the Pizza Hut in Alta Loma on Baseline and Archibald. Remind you there is a Pizza Hut down the street from me on Foothill and Archibald that delivers to where I live on Vineyard and Foothill, but the customer service sucks at the one by my house all it took was one bad transaction and they pretty much sealed they fate I love the Pizza Hut in Alta Loma and I will always go there and get my pizza😇💝

I will never go back to the store when the manger by the name of Suzy is working. I was waiting for my pizza in the store and I could hear her yelling at the other employees while they obviously looked drained and are doing so much. She stood there not even helping her employees get all the jobs I’m sure needed to be done. I also overheard her yelling for them to remake pizzas or prep or something like that at it was like 80 pizzas. She just stood there bossing everyone around. Like you’re a manager you should be working with and helping your employees not dictating them. Oh and the other thing I heard was that she was making her employees stay longer than they were scheduled for?? Jeez I just can’t belive how rude this lady is. The poor teenaged looking guys in the back looked a little frustrated but were doing a really good job! Proud to see them doing well with a horrible manager that needs to get her job together. If I ever see she’s working when I come to get a pizza I’m walking out immediately. Id give the store 5 stars but the manager instantly made me want to give them 0 stars I wish that was an option.

It is Friday night around 8pm, I ordered a take out peperonni when I arrived at the store after 20-30 min there were atleast 5-6 parties waiting for their orders and one group stoned out their mind that was placing an order. The store had 3 employees 2 in the kitchen and one at the counter, a bit short for Friday night if you ask me!? It seemed to me they were overwhelmed at least the lady at the counter, by herself trying to handle orders and taken outside. While I was walking to pick up my order 2 of the 3 parties who were also picking up had their orders wrong, one walked out and the other took half of the order and got refund for the rest. I lady walked in who had ordered wings but got delivered fries instead, she asked for a refund. At that point the counter lady had to gobback to consult with a "manager" when she came back she told the poor lady that she had to wait to get her refund for about 20-30 min. At that point I decided to ask why there is a such a mayhem at this place? I got an answer immediately " sorry" nothing we can do about it. I told the lady to take the pizza I ordered and eat it with her colleagues I had no more patience left after 30 min+ waiting.Perhaps the owner of this joint can do something about it when he/she reads this review, if they read them at all! I have been at this place so many times and I haven never encountered such a disfunction, perhaps it's an off night but it must have left a bad taste with quite a few of the regular goers including myself.Please get your act together you are in the food service industry!Thank you

Terrible, I was about to spend $50 plus and ask for some ranch dressing, they insisted I must pay 50cents extra. I ask could you give it to me complimentary the manager said no. I said Well buffulo wild wings gives out ranch and blue cheese for free. Anyway she wasnt buging, so I decided to only get $25 worth of food. She said they don't give anything for free.. I said this the USA and you can do anything you want, if I was a friend you give it to me for free or even the pizza free if you wanted to. They lost $25 and future business over 50cents.
