It is Friday night around 8pm, I ordered a take out peperonni when I arrived at the store after 20-30 min there were atleast 5-6 parties waiting for their orders and one group stoned out their mind that was placing an order. The store had 3 employees 2 in the kitchen and one at the counter, a bit short for Friday night if you ask me!? It seemed to me they were overwhelmed at least the lady at the counter, by herself trying to handle orders and taken outside. While I was walking to pick up my order 2 of the 3 parties who were also picking up had their orders wrong, one walked out and the other took half of the order and got refund for the rest. I lady walked in who had ordered wings but got delivered fries instead, she asked for a refund. At that point the counter lady had to gobback to consult with a "manager" when she came back she told the poor lady that she had to wait to get her refund for about 20-30 min. At that point I decided to ask why there is a such a mayhem at this place? I got an answer immediately " sorry" nothing we can do about it. I told the lady to take the pizza I ordered and eat it with her colleagues I had no more patience left after 30 min+ waiting.Perhaps the owner of this joint can do something about it when he/she reads this review, if they read them at all! I have been at this place so many times and I haven never encountered such a disfunction, perhaps it's an off night but it must have left a bad taste with quite a few of the regular goers including myself.Please get your act together you are in the food service industry!Thank you
