Horrible service... I’m not the person to leave comments yet this time I have too. Father suffered with great stomach pain, we took him three times within 4 days, they always discharged him saying everything was normal, screaming out your lungs, crying because of the pain??? Is normal??? They even told my father that he should not even visit that often just for his pain. They gave my mother a chance to quickly see him inside, since no one can enter, when she went inside he was in the bathroom and felt, she was trying to pick him up and the nurse at the moment just looked and said she could not help because she could not touch him.... my mother’s job place that hospital as part of her insurance. I will eagerly do all I can to change there insurance to a better service... I took my father today to the USC medical center... they treated them with respect, they took him right away to emergency care, explain what might be wrong and they gave us all the calm in the world to leave him, doctor said she will do all in her power to discharge him on his on power and with absolutely no pain. We would rather drive 30-40 min to be treated as people then been 5 min away from a hospital with awful service and awful staff

Bad Hospital. I went yesterday for pain. And didnt do nothing for resolve my problem. I asked for some ultrasound and the staff told me it wasnt necessary. The Hospital only cares to charge the insurance and send bills. Im disappointed for everything on this hospital. PIH is 100 times better. Definitely never recomend this Hospital to anybody.

I like Kaiser but their online information system is lacking. Urgent care hours shows 9 am to 9 pm but doesn’t say that pediatric hour is 7 pm. I took my son for ear pain around 7:25 pm, they advised me to take him to the ER. It was not an emergency but was painful for him. Keep in mind that ER copayment is $250. I hope Kaiser should keep the pediatric urgent care open till 9 pm.

I love Kaiser but I'm very disappointed on their pediatrics urgent care hours, why would they close it earlier. I don't understand how they can close at 7pm pm leaving parents no choice but the ER where it's always packed and the children are being exposed to even more and stronger germs and infections smh but they keep adults urgent care open till about 10pm, children's well being should be priority, other than that Kaiser is great and I'm happy with their services

This hospital and employees are so confusing. I go to pediatrics urgent care and since it was 815pm they told me to take my son to the ER since they were closing soon. So I did and sat in the very crowded ER with my 8 year old in pain. I was called up for triage and before being seen they told me I had to go to pediatrics. I informed them they sent me to the ER but they told me I had to go back in which I did. The pediatrics scolded me and told me to take him back to ER since they were closing in 15mins. I went back waited then back at triage they didnt even look at my son's cut and asked how much it hurt and sent back to sit in the ER. We sat there for 4hrs and when we were called the nurse said that the pediatric dept could have seen us and would have been out earlier and ended up being charged for both visits for urgent care ($40) and ER ($150) for deductibles and im still trying to get refunded for one of them. I'm also not sure why the pediatrics urgent care is so small of a window time frame when most of the ER patients are kids who are sick. My kids including my self hate going here.

Took me in with in fifteen minutes, in less than a half hour, I was out! With medication for my illness. The Dr. On call , was so nice and courteous, asked me, How can I help you today? While the service was quick, I found my time with the doctor lacking in quality. I also found my doctor to have poor bedside manners and be extremely unprofessional.I went in for painful infection in both ears which caused swelling. As I had this happen before, I told the doctor about my previous treatment. I asked the doctor I saw for a cortisone shot as that had helped previously with the swelling. The doctor responded by shaking her head and stating multiple times “ I’m not going to do that”. She did not ever bother to explain why she was refusing to treat me with what had previously been successful. She prescribed me eardrops, oral antibiotics, and a medication which she claimed would help with the pain and swelling and would be more effective than the cortisone shot I had told her I had previously had success with. The doctor ended the appointment by informing me that my situation was pretty bad. This was Sunday. I returned to work on Tuesday because the pain was so unbearable I knew I wasn’t going to make it through Monday. I should mention I am employed in a hospital where I work closely with doctors and nurses. Imagine my surprise when I showed the medication I was prescribed to a nurse at work and she informed me that that oral antibiotic was not meant to treat ear infections. I was also informed that the medication which the doctor claimed would be effective in treating the swelling was no more than a form of Motrin. One of the doctors I work with recommended I be put on another antibiotic and also an antihistamine to help with the swelling. I am so disappointed and upset at the treatment I received. I will be calling today for a telephone appointment in the hopes that I can be given the proper treatment for my ailment.

I went to urgent care Monday 3/5/2018 @330pm, for a cut I have from Shaving. Leg burning,tingling, bleeding and ankle swollen. HOT to touch. I checked in and he desk and the lady was very rude. Didn’t tell me there was a wait until I heard her tell another patient there was a 2.5 your wait. They give me a doctor that I’m going to be seeing and that was at 5pm. Time passes and there’s people that came after me being called back and coming out leaving to go home. Never saw them come back. Went to desk and another lady told me there’s 2 people ahead of me. 8 people later going in and coming out to leave I finally said something. She said they still haven’t called you I said nope. She went in back because I guess the doctor I was suppose to see got backed up had critical patients. (That’s fine I understand,but communicate) lady came back out and said your still here. (Didn’t go anywhere) have been sitting in the same spot for 4.5 hours. She calls be back and finally get seen at 8:15 craziness!!! Communicate with your patients I understand it’s urgent care but come on!!!!

Been there 4 times (unfortumately) and each and every time I've had nothing but prompt, courteous and above all excellent service! I was treated with care and compassion every time. Customer service has been great. I don't regret switching over to Kaiser one bit!!! I also like that they separate children and adults. It makes sense and the wait is significantly shorter. Plus I don't come out sicker than when I went in. ;-)
