Unfortunately not a good experience. Went here to pick some up, service was not friendly, the person who was working there at the time tried to tell me they can’t have percentages of THC vs. CBD on their strains explaining that that’s impossible, as in this does not exist...Well this is why I didn’t buy anything here and went to another coffee shop where service has been friendly and they have the cannabinoid ratios on their packages, which is important when you don't just want to get stoned, but know exactly what you are looking for.

Really bad customer service. The staff was really rude and disrespectful. We had to buy at least 1 gram and one drink (per person) to be able to stay. Super nice ambient tho.

Great coffeeshop! One of the coffeeshops I always come back to, to chill or just to buy weed.The shop is located in a nice part of Amsterdam and the interior is nice, so a very good place to sit. The weed never disappoints, there is lots of choice and it's all good! Enjoy

tl;dr: Now rude staff and tourist ripoffManagement should think about firing that one long haired guy with the tattooed arms. I used to love this place and make sure I go there every time I visit Amsterdam. But since the last time I've been here, a lot has changed. The one thing so admirable in this coffeeshop was, that it felt like a warm livingroom amongst all the tourist ripoff industry. But then the following happened: First evening we went to the counter, decided upon which product we wanted to buy, I asked for a coffee, the budtender said the coffee machine was not in use (?), so I said I was good without a drink. Then he told me, that there's a rule, that if you wanna sit in, you have to buy a beverage. I asked since when they had that rule and he straight up lied into my face and said "since forever" then threatened to kick us out if we didn't like the rule. I bought an Iced tea then. Next day there was a staff member, wo didn't care at all If we bought something to drink (so much for the rule). The day after, the first budtender was there again. This time, we decided upon weed AND beverage - my friend paid 21€. Then I wanted to buy my drink separately and he dared asking me: "What are you buying to smoke?". Turns out he made up another rule, which said that everybody sitting in has to buy something to consume. We returned the thing's we bought and left. Good way to conduct business. Used to be my favorite, but that guy is effectively ruining it. Avoid, especially as a tourist.

Coziest coffeeshop in Amsterdam for sure. Good prices and you usually don't get too many tourists. I loved the comfortable seats upstairs, haven't been there in a while but last time i was there, the upstairs section was closed off. It's shame because the seats were extremely comfortable and you could sit there for hours.. maybe that's why they removed them though.

Truly awful and will never be returning. The old woman who served us needs to have a smoke herself and just relax. Me and my friends ended up leaving the cafe because of how uncomfortable she made us feel when she began to shout at us in an incredibly aggressive manner for not purchasing enough. Only my dad has told me off like that, and that was when I was a child. The funniest part was that my friends were at the counter waiting for service, about to by a couple of brownies, just as she was screaming her head off at us. This place really buzzed my mellow.

I don't ever leave reviews but I feel I have to warn people to stay away from this coffee shop. My friends and I came here having just landed in the city and looking for somewhere nice to catch up and relax. There were ten of us, but we are a quiet bunch, not at all rowdy tourists. This place looked like just what we wanted. We ordered a couple of joints and a few coffees with the intention to order more once we'd sat down and had a smoke. Suddenly the server (old, silver haired lady), came up and started telling us off like school kids. I initially thought it must be a joke as we were just quietly talking. She shouted at us for not ordering enough, for taking up space and for being 'like children and not using our heads'. We are not used to being told off at all, so this intense berating left us shocked and confused. After she marched off, the other people who were sat upstairs apologised for her (they didn't need to), and assured us they didn't mind our being there. It was really strange and we decided we should leave. As we did so, we were then jeered at by a friend of the server (or possibly he too worked there) who shouted, 'nobody wants you here, you're not welcome here' to which the silver haired server laughed. I have NEVER come across this sort of rudeness, and as a group of people visiting a new city, it really made us feel anxious and, as the man catcalled at us, 'unwanted'. I know that large groups of tourists can be tricky but we were absolutely and clearly not those kind of trouble makers. Please do not visit this establishment, deeply unpleasant people work here and frequent it. The worst experience I've ever had in a cafe.Visited August 2017

This was my fav coffeeshop. Really nice place for some bomb ass weed. I was there with my Brother in law, we were in the city for a concert. We told the lady behind the counter that we were gonna see toots & the maytals. She freaked out of just pure joy, so we order our goodies and we go upstairs, and what does she do? She plays on toots louder then it was and we hear her singing.The vibe was all good, and i have never EVER seen my brother in law so high before. Really looking forward to next time 👌
