Love this place.. I came in super sick and was seen by the Doctor not some PA like at the Minute Clinic. Went to a different clinic before and it cost $85 just to see an Assistant.. As a cash clinic... more

I went in today for COVID-19 testing as a walk in. I was able to "get an appointment" with a 2 hour wait (I walked in around 10:15). I was fine with this wait and proceeded to sit down in the waiting room. About 30 minutes into my wait time i can hear what i assume to be the doctor throwing a fit over how many people he has to see, how he no longer wants walk-ins in the clinic. The ENTIRE waiting room can hear this conversation as well as the line of people who are walk ins for COVID testing. The receptionist proceeded to be rude to every person that walked in as if it was their fault they couldn't make an appointment and decided to try and walk in for an appointment. I watched every patient wether it be an appointment or a walk-in be checked in and be seen. By 12:30 the receptionist decided to call in her lunch order and get ready to leave for lunch as i'm sitting in the waiting room waiting to be CHECKED IN for my now 2+ hour wait time appointment. I asked the person who came out of the back (assuming a nurse) if I was going to be seen anytime soon and he proceeded to tell me "No as there are too many patients today, i would not be seen anytime soon as they needed to "go to lunch"". As someone who works in a medical office this was incredibly RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. 1. the person throwing a fit in the back room about no longer wanting to TREAT PATIENTS as a medical provider. 2. The receptionist being incredibly RUDE to patients who are trying to be cautious and take care of their medical needs and just want to be looked at by a medical professional. 3. Having a patient in the waiting room waiting to be checked in and proceeding to go to lunch without checking in or even speaking to the ONE patient in the waiting room. This "urgent care" needs some serious personnel training on how to speak and deal with patients. I understand that this is a crazy time for EVERYONE medical providers included. BUT THIS IS YOUR JOB THAT YOU SIGNED UP FOR. DON'T BE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TRUSTING YOU WITH THEIR MEDICAL CARE. I would NEVER recommend this urgent care due to their lack of professionalism and lack of care for the patients they're providing "care" for.

Front desk associate Amanda Gonzalez has the most horrific attitude. Her customer service is shallow and pretends to know answers just to get patience out. Has no passion for her job or compassion for others. Terrible experience. God bless her

After going in for an allergic reaction the doctor saw me for 40 seconds and as he was leaving I asked questions to which he stated my condition was not bad. I ended up in the ER 3 days later cause my condition worsened. I was given Benadryl as a prescription after I stated I was taking that already and it hadn’t been working. Thanks brea urgent care for not listening to your patients. I’ve never felt so ignored before. Two stars for the location and cleanliness.

When I took my kids here the doctor and staff were awesome this was in September of this year. I went today, I have a severe cough, ear ache since September, have had a fever off and on. Med student was nice, however doctor didn't check me at all, said to get some over-the-counter Sudafed and gave me an antibiotic just in case this doesn't go away with the Sudafed. Wouldn't even give me cough syrup cough is keeping me up at night I have kids I have work I went to Urgent Care as a last resort and I got subpar service. hopefully it goes away with antibiotics which I'm going to fill right away because I have been taking over the counter medicine and it has not worked. I thought the whole point of having a student was to check their work when they were done? This wasn't the same doctor that I saw on September for my kids and I will not go back to this Urgent Care.

As a cash clinic this place is amazing! I was well cared for.. paid for my antibiotics and care and was off and running. No BS dealing with insurance or anything. I am so happy I have a doctor that cares about getting me better fast. I save so much money over paying monthly for insurance!!!

Front desk was efficient and effective in the take in process. Doctor was professional and detailed in his instructions and the medication worked immediately.Most painless doctor visit I've had in a long time. Wish this was a regular practice. I would join them.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My husband and I went in for a physical last week, which involved a blood test. The whole ordeal has been a hassle, and I will never be coming back here again. The person who tried to take our blood did not know what he was doing - he never undid the tourniquet and then complained about how our blood was coming out slowly. When I mentioned to him that doctors have never had trouble in the past, he replied with, "We usually don't do blood-work here so we don't know how to..." That's really comforting, coming from a clinic.Then, we asked for the results of our blood-work to be sent to our email address as soon as they were complete. We never received an email. We called Monday, three days after our appointment and asked if they received our results. They said they did. We asked them to send it to us via email. They stated they were busy and that they would send it to me 20 minutes later. 40 minutes went by and I received no email. I called again and requested them to send me my blood-work results, and they stated they had "other customers" and "were busy." I asked for the supervisor. The woman put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and again asked for the supervisor. The woman, again, put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the supervisor once more. I requested to NOT be placed on hold and explained that I had been hung up on the last two times. The woman transferred me to the supervisor who stated that they had received my results, but some of them were still pending and they were looking into it for me. I appreciated her being honest with me, though why I wasn't told this information when I first called is beyond me. She then stated that when the results were completed, they would email me the results.Today, five days later, I called again asking about my blood-work being emailed to me. The woman who answered said she would do it right then. I confirmed my email address with her and then hung up. I waited 20 minutes. No email. I called back and the woman stated, "Yeah, we tried sending it to you twice already and it's not working, so you'll have to come pick it up." I explained that they were able to send it to my husband's email and asked to reverify my email address. The woman read it to me LETTER BY LETTER and I confirmed the address. I waited another 10 minutes. Still no email. I called again and asked for the supervisor. The supervisor stated they had tried to email me the results but it wasn't going through. I asked her to read out my email address to me. It was incorrect. I corrected her and stayed on the line while she fixed it in her system and resent the email. I then received it.This same thing happened to my husband.So, in essence, they sent my and my husband's blood-work to random people who own those email addresses. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and attention to detail at this clinic. Do NOT go here. They are rude, lazy, and will NOT follow through with what they promise you.

Horrible place. I was sent there for a work placement physical. Because of the incompetence of those people my start time kept being pushed back.I spent over 3 hours there. They couldn't draw blood from me even tho I got bulging veins on both of my hands. Even the "big gun" PA missed 3 times!They are a damn joke!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS NO STARS!!! Theresa Esclante is a pitiful doctor. I have never been treated so poorly by a physician before. She never introduced herself to me. She wouldn’t let me tell her my symptoms. She kept interrupting me. I came in with a chronic cough. She listened to my lungs for about a minute and then told me it was asthma. She explained to me how I developed it. I wasn’t understanding it so I asked her to explain it again. She rudely said “I just explained it to you but I’ll do it again.” She then said she had to see another patient. She left me alone in the room for about 15 minutes and then came back. She asked me if I wanted nebulizer vials or an inhaler. I said inhaler. Guess who was given a bunch of vials with no nebulizer machine!! She never listened to me. And guess who wound up in the emergency room a week later with pneumonia!! Listen to your patients. They’re scared and sick. Her bedside manner is sickening. Don’t be an arrogant doctor with a god complex. This is seriously the McDonald’s of urgent care. I am appalled. Never going back.

I had severe injury on my hand due to sports; the doctor was a part time student and told me they don't write anything for pain. I have had a history of pain and I asked them to verify my record with Kaiser, they refused and I wasted thousands of dollars plus 3 hours of my time for this ridiculous result, I'm going to other hospital now and I'll never come back, worst hospital ever
