Imagine this. I spoke to a customer service supervisor about a dishonest dealing with a driver. I called for a package pick up from my business with a pick up window of 1:30 - 5:00. I called at 5:25 inquiring as to why the packages have not been picked up. I was told that the driver said he picked I up 4 packages from my location. I informed the CSR that that I only had two packages and they were still here. She contacted the driver again who stated he would be here within 15-20 minutes. I followed up about 30 minutes later and was told he had the packages but was late due to traffic around my location. I informed the CSR that my business is on a country road with no traffic. I called and spoke to a supervisor the following Monday to request a waiving of the pick up fees. Here is what I was told. GSO/GLS is not issue any refunds for any reason. They indicate that they are stretched thin and will not be providing any refunds for any reason. She stated that all the major carries are struggling because of the virus and it is effecting them. I asked her what recourse does a customer have if GSO/GLS doesn't provided the service they have promised. She informed me there is no recourse and there was nothing the could do or would do for me. I asked her if GSO/GLS expects their customers just to take the bad service and to be quite? She again informed me that there are no refunds allowed and she was sorry. Just food for thought when considering the trustworthiness of a carrier.

One of their truck drivers crashed into my car leaving it undrivable, it was 100% his fault he admitted to the police as he wasn’t paying attention and no reason to hit me. it’s been over 3 days and they have not provided me proper insurance information. Leaving me so screwed. There customer service supervisor Monique is the worst. She got attitude the second time I called back to ask if I can talk to someone else and said that was not possible. How are they going to give a policy number out that is no good? They are just the worst company to deal with! Their customer service gets 0 stars as for sending emails and doing nothing in their power to help resolve this.

GSO is the worst delivery service I have ever had the unfortunate experience of interacting with in my 39 years on this earth. They ship beer and wine from local producers; however, they have never actually delivered a single piece of parcel to me (0 for 12 is their record) - instead they claim there was "no one home" or "the door was locked" at my work address, even though it is a place of business that is open from 9-5 Mon-Fri with a receptionist at the front desk to sign for packages. The drivers basically just drive around acting like they are trying to make deliveries and don't deliver anything. If you actually want to receive your package you need to go to their filthy rat-nest of a warehouse to pick it up yourself. I don't know why anyone bothers using their service. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE. THE MOST FRUSTRATING DELIVERY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. They marked the delivery complete (signed by a fictional person), when in fact, my package was sitting in their warehouse FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH. Sent me on a wild goose chase to see where it was delivered to. During the re-attempted delivery a month later, the driver didn't call me/ring a doorbell and marked as a failed delivery attempt as resident was not at home. (I was at home during the entire time.) Called Customer Service right after I got the message, they told me they can't reattempt the delivery til after the weekend, and that they CAN'T GUARANTEE A CALLBACK FROM THE DRIVER WHEN THEY DELIVER. Customer Rep hung up on me when I raised a issue with what she said. Seriously? (Whopping 7 weeks + to get a package.) THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.

Did delivered my wine that I ordered from a winery. Showed up at the time and day they winery estimated. I guess they deliver to businesses in the morning and residential in the afternoon. My delivery guy was professional and friendly. I am sharing this because, now, I will use them to mail a bottle to a friend in Washington. I couldn't find a company online that ships alcohol. Then I remembered my wine email. I spoke to the customer service lady today $15 and she was friendly, helpful and patient while she walked me through how tp set up an acct online.

Just give up on your package if you see it coming through this company. Multiple "attempted" deliveries while I've been sitting in my home. No knocks or doorbells. Incredibly frustrating experience. Meanwhile USPS delivered a package and actually used the doorbell to let us know.
